In almost every clan , it is natural to have spiritual wizard or the wise person. Mostly it would be a beta or rarely an alpha. But never an Omega. Gusu's wise person is said to be the wizard because of their power to heal. All the wizards of Gusu were Alphas. The new born child of a wizard, will have a half moon's mark on their wrist in blue colour. The imprinted mark shows that the child becomes the next wizard. They're chosen even before their birth.

But for the past two generations no baby born to the last wizard has such a mark. Simply means that the babies born to the current wizard is not wizard. Or can be said as Gusu clan doesn't have a new wizard at all. A wizard or the wise person is must for a clan as the laws are finally interpreted by them and every action is done based on their words. Also during battles it's them who heal the wounded person. Even though wolves can heal themselves during battles their energy get worn out and therefore requires a healer.
As it is said no new healer is born to the clan ,it has become a matter of discussion in the past two generations too. As the current wizard is too old Gusu is scared of the possibility of having no more wizard which is to a great extent might affect their reputation. The Gusu court even thought of appointing the current wizard's son as new wizard but it didn't work as he has no powers.
It was at such a time a baby was born to a beta and he has the same birthmark . Not the same, but with a slight difference.

As time pass by the baby grew up as an intelligent person with spiritual powers just like every other wizard. He was way too matured and people loved him. He was named as Xiao Xingchen. The most weirdest thing was when his second gender was revealed. Unlike every other, he turned out as an Omega. Even though there was disappointment among the people because of his gender, he wasn't bothered about it. The reason why everyone hated the wizard for being omega is simply because they're so weak and fragile. They could be dominated by an alpha very easily.
