Around The Camp And The Start Of A War

It had been a couple days since Ruby had gained control of this Mary band of Skeletons and of their King.

Still Under standing very little about the Under world she relied heavily on Aldrix and The Skeleton King who she had made her right hand man to show her the ropes.

So Now here She was sitting a new constructed Tent made specifically for her at the top of the Skeleton campsite.

Inside Ruby practiced with the Ring trying to figure out how to get the powers locked within to work, right now she was trying to use the rings telekinesis. 

And she was having quite a few difficulties in doing so. 

"No no no." Aldrix said "Your trying to Hard,  you need to relax."

"That's what im trying to do." Ruby argued as she lifted her arm towards the Rock trying to lift it up

"No your putting to much effort into it, you need to relax Ruby." Aldrix said 

"Well im trying to Relax and nothings happening." Ruby said annoyed 

"That's because when you Relax you lose all focus in what your doing, you need to find a balance in between." Aldrix responded

"So i need to both focus and Relax at the same time." Ruby said "How the hell im i supposed to do that."

"That's what im trying to teach you." Aldrix responded "You just need to to breath in and then Out."

Ruby Gave him a a glace before following his advice closing her eyes and breathing in and then out.

"That's Right breath in and then out in then out." Aldrix said

Ruby continued with her breathing in and then out. 

"Now raise your hand." Aldrix said 

Ruby nodded still breathing raising her hand towards the rock. 

"Now think about the Ring...tap into its Power." Aldrix said 

Ruby then began to try and tap into the Rings....and as she did, she began to feel Somthing. 

She could feel a burning sensation on her Finger the Ring was placed she began to hear whispers in her head and as she pushed through sweating She could feel as if Somthing was wrong with her very soul. 

But she pushed through and as She did the Ring began to glow and the rock began to float into the Air as Aldrix began to smile.

"Yes...Yes keep going." Aldrix said 

But Ruby could not hear him as the burning feeling began to worsen as the Whispers began to become louder and louder her heart pounding in her chest and her very soul began to sting. 

As Ruby breathing became more and more panicked Aldrix began to look concerned but after hearing a small shriek of pain he realised what was happening. 

"Wait..Ruby stop stop!!" He screamed 

Then with a Cry Ruby fell onto her knees gasping for breath as she placed a hand on her chest the burning feeling slowly going away. 

Aldrix placed a hand on her shoulder and said "You alright."

Ruby looked at Aldrix  sweat running down her face and asked "What the hell was that??"

"Its just a bit of Underworld Energy from this Realm." Aldrix said 

"What!?!" Ruby asked 

"Oh no no no don't worry." Aldrix reassured her "It may take a while to get the hang off but i promise you once you do its a breeze."
