Ruby thought about it before she grabbed the feather and began to write it down.
"First things first we need to change the training system." She said
"And why is that My Queen?" The King asked
"Beacuse...it just doesn't work Skeleton King, theirs no actual Training its just letting the Skeletons fight with out actual learning anything." Ruby said
The Skeleton King placed a finger on his chin before saying to Ruby "Explain."
"Glady...oh im sorry if that sounded mean." Ruby whimpered
If the King had brows they would be raised at this point as he said "Errr..no..no go on its alright."
Ruby nods before saying "I've seen how the skeletons train and trust me..if were ever going to get the Chace to unify the Underworld...we gotta a have a standing army, with actual training not a rowdy mob who can hardly form a battle line."
The Skeleton King nodded before asking "So how do you want us to do this my Lord."
Ruby then dipped the feather in Ink before she began to write it down.
The King watched she worked in silence as to not mess her up as she wrote.
Then once she was done she handed him the paper to which he took and began to read.
*New Training Laws*
*Rule number 1* All training must now be done in a orderly fashion, to prevent chaos and disorder amongst the ranks.
*Rule Number 2* In order to avoid causing deaths or wounded on the training ground weapons are barred until advance stages.
*Rule Number 3* From now on all misconduct or goofing off must be punished and discouraged, Order must be imposed in the army.
*Rule Number 4* Bowman must practice until they can at least fire well aimed shots at foes as to avoid friendly fire.
*Rule Number 5* Any Skeleton caught lazing off on the training ground must be punished.
*Rule Number 6* The Training ground must be refitted to support more advance training, Like obstacle courses to increase the armies skill.
*Rule Number 7* Training is meant to be increase Skill not wound, Any and all duels or fights must be done in a orderly fashion.
*Rule Number 8* A Scoreboard will be introduced to promote compotation the Skeleton at the top by the end of the month will get a gift personally from the Queen.
The Skeleton King took some time to analyze the laws before Looking at Ruby and asking "Errr would you mind explain to me how these will help."
"Of course." Ruby responded "Rule 1 is so none of that chaos i saw in the training grounds happens again, when i send my army to battle, i want it to be able follow orders quickly and not break into a disorganized mob..we heavily outnumbered as of right now so we will need any advantage we can get.*
The Skeleton King thought about it for a moment before nodding agreement "That would make controlling them a lot easier in combat, it be nice seeing them fight as a unit rather then break of and do thier own thing for once."
"Exactly." Ruby said "Were not going to win any battles in this war by charging in like a disorganized mob like our enemy's, were going to be out numbered so we need to be better prepared then them."
"And so What's Rule 2 for my Queen?" The Skeleton King asked
"Because to be quite frank with you Skeleton King, a lot of the Skeleton in this army treat these training fights like actual fights, i swear it looks like their trying to Kill each other, they fight like animals with no care for the wounded, I want this rule so my troops aren't slaughtering each other before we even fight the enemy." Ruby said
