Since I wasn't able to wrestle for awhile, I decide to take a small break from Smackdown and attend a NXT event. Being back at NXT was always so mind scrambling because it brings back memories of how hard I worked to get where I am now. I saw the girls locker room and holding the NXT women's championship and the Smackdown women's championship seemed so unreal.
I closed the door from the girls locker room and turned around bumping into someone." woah woah my bad." " it's fine, you did-" I stopped mid sentence and looking down at me was Wes Lee. The NXT North American champion, not to mention he is as gorgeous as any man on the main roster.
I remember Wes before I left NXT, he was "talking" to Imani but I think it was just a minor crush or something on him. He told her the same thing that I told everyone, " I don't date just focused on my career." and he was right, he's at the top of his game at the moment and I don't see anyone taking that title away from him at the moment.
" uh yea, im fine. Sorry about that you just look very familiar"
He smiled, " Would it have something to do with you being one of Imani's old friends"
" yes you would be correct"
" ah so both of us have a devastating past with her, scary"

" uh no not at the moment, I was just heading to see Shawn for a moment."

" trying to defend your title?"
" more like relinquish it to the NXT women' s division, I have so much going on at Smackdown and while I love holding two championships, I see so much talent here and I want one of these young ladies to become champion but as long as they put in the work for it you know?"
" so why won't you have a number one contenders match for your title?"
" thats actually a pretty good idea, like a battle Royale?"

I smiled at Wes, " well it was nice talking to you"
" you're ending the conversation because its about work or-"
" I didn't know if you wanted to continue it or not?"
" I don't see why not, you're pretty cool"
I smiled and we started walking towards his locker room. We walked inside and I sat down on his couch, I haven't been this nervous around someone since Jey. Wes looked at me, "so Ms.Armani, got your eye on anyone in WWE?"
