Ava and Micah had been planning to have a movie night for the longest time and today was the day. So, Ava was popping popcorn, getting blankets, and waiting for the pizza to arrive, when the doorbell rang. It could either be Micah or the pizza. She hoped that it was Micah because she missed him even though it was Saturday and the couple had seen each other at school the day before. She opened the door and slightly frowned when she saw it was only the pizza guy. She paid him and took the pizza inside. She then heard her microwave go off signaling that the popcorn was ready, She ran to the microwave and took the popcorn out when the doorbell rang again. She ran to the door and opened it to see Micah. "Hey Micah," She said as she smiled and opened the door for him.

"Hey Ava," He said, his voice hoarse before he coughed a few times.

"Oh my gosh, are you sick?" Ava said as she reached out to rub his shoulder.

"Yeah, but I didn't wanna miss this since we've been planning it for so long but if you don't want to get whatever I have I can go," Micah said in between coughs.

"No, no, stay, I'll get you some soup, do you wanna sit on the couch and pick out a movie?" She said as she made her way to the kitchen to make his soup.

"Thanks Ava, you're the best," Micah said before he sat on the couch. He began to look for a movie that he liked but one that Ava liked too. He settled on the Outsiders. He figured that she would like it if she hadn't seen it already.

Once Ava was done making Micah's chicken noodle soup, she made her way to the living room with it and sat down right next to him on the couch. "Here's your soup," She said as she handed him the bowl, "It's the best chicken noodle soup ever."

"I'll be the judge of that," Micah said before he tasted it. This gave Ava time to notice what movie was on the screen.

"Oh my god, I love the Outsiders," Ava screamed in excitement before She grabbed the remote and pressed play.

Once Micah was done with his soup, he turned to his girlfriend and said, "That soup really is the best,".

"I told you," Ava said laughing.

"I think I feel better now," Micah said.

"Really," Ava said excitedly as she smiled at her boyfriend, "Was it the soup or just being with me?"

"Why do you always get so cocky when you do something right?" Micah said as he laughed at the girl that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. Ava just blushed and she changed her attention back to the movie. Micah then smiled at her before putting his arm around her neck which allowed Ava to rest her head on his shoulder. The couple stayed like this for the rest of the movie until Micah said something stupid and Ava dumped his popcorn all over him.

"No you didn't," Micah said before he started to throw popcorn at Ava. Ava put her hands up to try to stop the popcorn from hitting her.

"Stop, Micah, stop," The girl said in between laughs

"You started it," He said laughing as he kept throwing popcorn at his girlfriend. Now there was more popcorn on Ava than on Micah.

Once the movie was over and the credits were rolling through the couple began to talk to one another.

"Do you think your siblings like me?" Ava asked as she faced her boyfriend.

"Do they? Ava, they love you," he paused, "Shiloh is obsessed with you and Josiah is jealous of me because all he ever wants is a girlfriend."

"Well, I know Shiloh likes me, did you see the way she reacted when she saw me the first time after we got together? It was like Christmas and I was a present or something," Ava said as she laughed.

"Ava, they all like you," Micah said reassuringly.

"Are you sure? Elijah does not seem very fond of me," Ava said sadly.

"Are you kidding me? He always asks me about you. I think he might have a crush on you," Micah said as he began to pick up some of the popcorn on the ground from when they spilled it everywhere. "I still can't believe that you spilled popcorn all over me," Micah said.

"I can't believe that you threw all of the popcorn that I spilled on you at me," Ava snapped back.

"Want me to do it again?" Micah said before he began to throw more popcorn at the girl. Times like this were the ones that Micah enjoyed the most. He liked when they could just be themselves and no one would care. He also loved how defensive Ava would get the second that Micah would say one thing that could slightly offend the girl. In fact, he loved everything about the girl, he knew that he loved her and he couldn't wait to tell her.
