A/N: Thor: The Dark World and Thor: Ragnarok will not occur. A bit of the storyline is altered, but it circles around the same idea in most cases.

It's been over four years since Loki attacked New York and Tony's already rebuilt the entire Avengers tower.

However, we've moved the main compound to be farther away from NYC and instead in a large field. It's not as tall as the old tower, but it's definitely larger in length.

Currently, we have the entire team living at the compound. That means Tony, Steve, Natasha, Bruce, Thor (who sometimes leaves in chunks to go to Asgard), Clint, Rhodey, Vision, Wanda, Bucky, Sam, and me.

Peter lives with his aunt back in New York, but he visits periodically to check in on everything. The team and I think it's just because Tony wants to make sure Peter's doing okay, but he'd never admit that.

I share a floor with Thor when he's around, although there is another empty room that's across from me if we recruit a new member. Thor's room is down the hall from mine, though. Nat and Clint share a floor, and so do Steve, Bucky, and Sam. Bruce has his own (for obvious reasons), and Tony has his own as well, which he shares with Pepper.  Wanda, Vision, and Rhodey share a floor.

I am working at the moment. I just went on a mission a few days ago and broke my wrist and sprained my ankle trying to do a cartwheel. It was hilarious... I thought so, at least.

The point is, I'm stuck doing paperwork. Thank God I didn't break my right wrist or I'd be bedridden with nothing to do. Even if paperwork sucks, it's better than being babied the entire healing process. Not that I don't have people checking up on me. They have a routine to do so every hour.

I continue to work until I hear a voice,

"Miss Y/l/n, Mr. Stark has requested you join the team in the Dining Room," Friday announces through my bedroom's speakers.

"Got it!" I call out without wasting a second, as I stand up, slam open my door, and run (while slightly limping) to the elevator down the hall.

I spam the 'open' button until it dings and I leap inside. Once I'm in, I press the floor number and the doors slowly close shut.

Once it finally comes to a stop, I speedily limp out and to the living room.

I find Tony and Nat are the only ones there so far.

"Where's the rest of the team?" I ask, my smile bright.

Nat chuckles. "The team's just been called down too. They'll be here soon."

I give her a nod, my smile remaining.

A few minutes later, the rest of the members arrived.

"Alright, you all know we're nearing dinner. What are we having?" Tony asks the team.

We all have breakfast and lunch ourselves, our schedules aligning with someone else's every now and then, but dinner is something we always have together.

"I'm up for anything," Sam shrugs.

"You always are," Bucky rolls his eyes.

Sam gives Bucky a glare as Bucky smirks in response.

"We can literally have anything. Come on, guys, how do we get into this problem every single time?" Tony exclaims, clearly frustrated.

"We all like tacos, right?" I suggest. "Let's just have that." When everyone stays quiet, I assume they all agree. "Friday, would you mind pulling up the menu for Taco Bell for everyone, please?"
