When we came back, it was already getting dark. Mahito jumped toward us, looking as happy as ever. He sang Geto's name, then mine. The sound of his voice saying my name like that, all happy and ecstatic as if the sun had just risen, made my stomach flutter. It didn't feel like I had met him only the day before. I felt so connected to him that it made me believe that I had known him all my life.
Took my face in his hands and smiled down at me. "Don't ever leave me," he said seriously.
Wow. I hadn't expected these few hours of separation to be so hard on him, but I was glad that what I had said to Geto was true.
He seemed to believe me, too, because he said, "Don't worry, Mahito. She means it."
The smile on my curse's face widened, and he kissed me. Oh, how I loved it when he kissed me. When he pulled away, his smile was back in place.
"You're right on time for the new round," he said.
Behind him was Choso sitting at a table, a board game in front of him. I grinned. Geto seemed happy, too.
"Let's put them away first," he suggested, turning Mahito's attention to the four people at our feet.
The curse laughed and looked at Geto, but he inclined his head to me, showing Mahito that I was the one responsible for the bounty.
"You did this to them?" Mahito asked even though he already knew the answer.
Wordlessly, I lifted my hands to show him my swollen and blood-crusted knuckles. The smile on Mahito's lips turned into a sick, twisted grin, and he looked absolutely deranged. And happy. He looked so, so happy. I grinned right back at him, proud of my accomplishment.
"Oh, you're such a good girl, aren't you?" he said, making my insides turn.
I wasn't capable in any way to give him an answer to that, so I only just blushed and grinned like an idiot. God, what was he doing to me? Mahito grabbed two men by their wrists and left the other one and the blonde woman to me. Gero followed us as we dragged them out of the room and to the room with the chains. Someone had cleaned up in here. There were no more bodies lying around, and the blood had been cleaned off as well as possible.
"Leave us for a moment," Mahito said to Geto when he dropped the two men to the ground.
Geto threw him a look, then me, then closed the door behind himself. The room was so dark that I almost couldn't see Mahito. He pulled at a string, and a light bulb over our heads flickered on. He was grinning.
"Help me chain them to the wall, love."
I did as I was told, chaining the men and woman by the ankles and wrists to the walls. Mahito was watching me, a happy look on his face. I wondered if he was always this happy or just when I was there.
"You did a great job," Mahito said when I was done. My face lit up. "I think you deserve a little reward."
I grinned and tilted my head to the side, teasing him. "Didn't you want to play the game? I'm sure Geto-"
"You always bring Geto into this," Mahito interrupted me.
His smile had faltered a little, and I thought I saw a hint of something else in his eyes. He couldn't possibly have been jealous. I laughed out loud and softly put my hand to the aide of his face. Mahito leaned his head into my touch.
"Don't give me those eyes," I said. "I'm all yours."
His face grew soft, and I smiled at him. There was really no need for him to worry. At all. He picked me up, holding me up with his hands on my ass. I laughed again and kissed him. I could feel that he wanted me; the kiss felt urgent. Mahito took a few steps forward, and my back softly hit the wall.
"Can I be rough?" he breathed against my lips.
I nodded. "Yes, please."
"I won't hurt you," he promised.
I kissed him. "You can do whatever you want to me."
He shook his head. "I won't hurt you," Mahito repeated firmly.
And he didn't. He pressed me against the wall, his chest touching mine. His hands tightened their grip on my ass, and he put me back down. As soon as my feet touched the floor, Mahito grabbed my wrists and raised them up above my head. I dropped my arms onto his shoulders as he ran his hands all across my body.
My eyes were closed, but I could hear chains rattling next to us. One of our prisoners was waking up. Mahito grinned against my lips. I knew that he was going to enjoy this. I couldn't stop my moaning anymore when his tongue hit the back of my mouth and he bit my lip. I smirked when I heard the man next to us gasp in horror.
"Where am I?" he asked, panicked. "What are you doing with me?"
Mahito pulled away from my lips just barely and looked me deep in the eyes as he answered the man, "Shut up, or she will rip your tongue out."
The prisoner left out a miserable whine and tried to stay silent, but out of the corner of my eye, I could see him trembling. Mahito pulled off my pants and underwear and went down on his knees. He put my leg over his shoulder and pressed his face between my legs. I gasped when his tongue hit the right spot, and I leaned my head back against the wall. His fingers were digging into my thighs, but he wasn't hurting me; he was only holding me in place. When I turned my head to look at the man next to us, I saw him intensely watching us through forgotten tears.
"If you don't look away, I'll carve out your eyeballs and make you eat them," I said through gritted teeth.
Mahito's eyes flickered up to look at me but didn't stop moving his tongue and sucking at just the right spots. I could feel him grinning, though, and just as I closed my mouth, I opened it again to moan his name. I came on his lips, and he licked them satisfied as he stood back up. He looked at the man next to us, who had his eyes fixed on the floor now. He was crying. There was something oddly satisfying about seeing a grown man cry. Especially if I was the one who had made him cry.
When the man didn't meet Mahito's gaze, he turned to look at me again and grinned widely. "You said something about a game?"
I laughed, pulling up my pants. We left the room, Mahito locking it behind himself. Geto and Choso were waiting patiently, both looking very annoyed.
Mahito sat down with them, getting ready to play the game. I went over to my bag and pulled out the manga, probably my most prized possession now. I looked at it for a moment before walking up to the table. I sat on the chair between Mahito and Choso, but I slid it closer to Mahito. He grinned at me, and I put my feet in his lap. While he was playing, Mahito kept caressing my feet. I grinned.
I had read that manga for so many times already, so it wasn't a problem that I could not concentrate at all. How was I ever supposed to concentrate on anything else when Mahito was right there? Once the game started, he was focused entirely on the board and his opponents. I guessed he was really competitive, and that was incredibly hot to me.
I liked men who knew what they wanted and weren't afraid to get it.
