Date night

Chapter 5: Moving on to the next part of the date

Once everything was paid and done for, the two were on their way.

"Alright, now, as I said before, the Grand Theater isn't too far away from here. Let's get going." Three said. Four locked his arm around Three's and they were off.

Little did they know that they were being followed.

Bob, Toad, Swag, Sonic, Chris, and Slenderman all peeked out behind a light post, Toadette deadpanned at the men's antics and walked normally.

"Boys." She rolled her eyes.

Back at Meggy's house, Mario was cheering on his friends.

"Happy feet! Wambo-Cambo!" Mario watched on as Meggy and Tari were playing 'Super Smash Each other in the Ass Brothers!'

Yoshi, Tari's character of choice had picked up a hammer and started to hit Crash Bandicoot, Meggy's character.

Crash was flown into the air and with one final kick from Yoshi, he was sent flying off screen.

Tari had won. Mario went ballistic, running around the room like he was on drugs.

"Good game Tari." Meggy said, putting out her hand for a fist bump.

Tari smiled. "Yeah, good game." She bumps Meggy's fist.

Mario felt his phone go off; it was Slenderman. Three and Four were heading to see a movie.

'Are they seeing the barbie movie? No, then they would've dressed up for the meme. Right?' The plumber thought to himself.

Meggy turned around to find Mario looking at his phone. "Mario." She said sternly. "What are looking at?"

Mario quickly changed tabs. "Look at this." Mario stretched his hand out with his phone to show the girls a video with cats doing a training montage so they could beat up dogs.

Meggy deadpanned at Mario, feeling a little embarrassed that she thought Mario was up to something no good. While Tari giggled at the adorable kitties on the screen.

"Right..." Meggy dragged out.

Whew, crisis averted. Mario let out an internal sigh of relief. 'That was a close one.' Mario thought to himself.

He really hoped that their date was going smoothly.
