Kanao's pov
When I woke up it was night time only cause I was thirsty. So I went downstairs and drank water and when I came back I saw Tanjiro was sweating and mumbling something. I open the lights of the lamps only and tried to woke him up.
After many tried he woke up and was crying. I can't decide what to do so I took him in my embrace and tried to calm him down and he also put his hands on my waist and after sometime he slept and then I removed his hands and let him sleep and then turn off the lamps and slept.
Tanjiro's pov
I again had that nightmare. Yes because of my parents I have this nightmare cause when I was small there was my brother shigeru and we used to play. One day some robbers came and tell my parents to say if the robbers will kill them or me and shigeru and that time nezuko has went to classes.
So they said that the robbers can kill shigeru and infront of me they killed him, my brother and few drops of blood splash on my face.
So from that time I am cold and rude and this nightmare still haunts me.
I woke up by someone calling me and it was Kanao. I can't control myself and Started crying as I can't handle it anymore. But she came and hugged me and I don't know why her embrace speaks that she is not like other girls. So I hugged her tightly and put my face on her shoulder and cried while she was pating me. After sometime I fell into sleep.
