Dear Lovelies,
Please vote, comment and follow for more."Ru...."Anvi moaned in Rudra arms as both of them were panting, struggling to breathe. The chilly winter night had no effect on them as they were wrapped in the duvet, wrapped with each other.
Rudra's grip tightened around Anvi as her mind turned into a mess. Her eyes were closed, her toes were curled and her nails were dug in the skin of Rudra's bare back.
"Good, little one...you did so good...you are so beautiful...my love..." Rudra was whispering sweet something in her ears while caressing her bare back. He was trying to calm her down.
Once her body relaxed a bit, he rolled over to her side and pulled her towards himself. She welcomed the warmth as she snuggled into his chest. Rudra kept caressing her back. He knew she liked it.
"Did I hurt you birdie?" He asked while she was still struggling to open her eyes. She was thoroughly spent. She could only manage to shake her head.
"Was it good for you?" He asked again. In response Anvi pressed her body into Rudra's frame while she nodded her head.
It has been three blissful years since they were married. A lot has changed in these three years. But something that did not change with the seasons was Anvi's undying love for Rudra. True that it was no more the burning, needy love, but it had transformed into something more serene, something more tranquil. On the other hand Rudra was getting more possessive to the point of obsession. Obsession in a good way.
"Rudra...." Anvi whispered once she was sure she was in her right mind.
"Yes, little one?" He replied. His face was buried in her hair. He was addicted to the fragrance of her hair.
"I was thinking...." She sighed "Can we try for a baby?" She asked. Her voice was uncertain. Rudra's body stiffened for a moment. He held Anvi's cheeks to make her look into his eyes.
"Lovey" He smiled "I would love to have as many babies with you as you want, but give yourself a couple of more years. Your friends are not even married yet." Rudra could see Anvi's lower lips trembling a bit. "I...baby...I just want you to live your life before you take up any such responsibility"
"But..what if..." She could not complete her statement.
"Don't worry, little one. We will take every precaution." Rudra said while wrapping were in his arms.
It has been a week since that night. Anvi was cooking dinner while a six year old Gola was playing with Legos in the drawing room. Rudra and Anvi have shifted to Delhi with Sita and Gola. While Rudra was doing his MD from AIIMS Delhi, Sita had rejoined her course. Although Anvi had topped the Uni and Registered herself with the bar council, she had no intentions of actively practicing law. She was working as an independent consultant and had a you tube channel. She had a moderately fair income from the two. Her number one priority right now was to look after Gola when Sita was not home.
"Gola baby....did you do your homework?" She came into the living room with a bowl in her hand. She swiftly dodged a lego piece. She once stepped on it days ago. The memory of the pain still haunts her.
"Bua...I did...I will show you..."He got up and ran towards his room. Once he came back with her notebook, he sat on Anvi's lap. He was having an animated conversation with her. He was cooking up all kinds of cute stories about everything around him. Anvi was listening to him while feeding him his dinner.
"So Advit said that if we go out at night a thief will steal children and take them away" He said with fear in his eyes. He shoved his face in Anvi tummy.
