Jay's pov

I looked out over the café, it felt nice spending a morning here. I'm not really a morning person but it was nice being up early today. Heeseung was flexing his honey sweet voice and I was slowly strumming my guitar. Jake adding the right amount of bass and Riki on drums while Huening on piano and Sunoo on saxophone. We weren't the entire band but I was still satisfied with our sound.

I thought about singing today, I had wrote a new song about a week ago. I named it 'Off my face' . It was a love song, about being so in love that you feel drunk off your face. But I would not dare sing it. Not when she was here working. I didn't want her to hear it. Why? I don't know. It just felt risky. Why did it feel risky? I didn't know that either.

Her hair was in a low messy bun and her baby hairs were once again making an appearance. Making her face appear soft and fairy like. Her heart shaped, plump lips were slightly pursed as she made drink after drink. Her breathtaking hazel eyes smiling at every customer. Her cute boxy like smile showing every time she praised her little brother. She just looked beautiful in every way. Her beauty marks and freckles, her button nose and her aura just made me hold my breath.

"Yo Jay, you're behind!" Huening whisper yelled at me and I snapped out of my hypnosis. I blushed in embarrassment and adoration while I picked up the tempo again.

Gosh she will be the death of me. What is this feeling?

We were taking a small break but heard the wind chimes so we all looked to the door. I guess we all had the same thought and questioned why a middle aged couple was just standing by the door. But all our questions were answered as she ran over and hugged them. I heard the older woman call her pearl. And it just really struck me as a fitting nickname for a girl like her.

"Jay you ready to play?" Heeseung questioned and I once again found myself snapping out of a trance caused by the mere presence of her. I just nodded and went to get my guitar. One hour and twenty minutes later we were done for today and I felt eager to go and talk to her. Which is weird cause I don't even like her. Right?

"What would you like this fine Thursday afternoon?" Her voice sounded so soft and sweet. Gosh what is happening to me? As the others gave her their orders I found myself endeared by her little brother, so I reached out a hand for him to take. To my surprise he didn't take it. He bit my finger instead. His actions caught me very off guard and I yelped.

"Stop being mean to my noona!" He reprimanded me and I felt even more astonished. My band members just laughed along with her and I just watched as the little boy hugged his sister tight.

"So, what do you want Jay?" Cheonsa asked and I just stared. Still in disbelief. She handed me a wet wipe for my hands and I just accepted my fate and chuckled. He was still super cute.

"A vanilla latte and a croffel" I said with a smile and I watched as she tapped away on her tablet. A faint rosy tint on her cheeks. My stomach did a summersault. Did she blush 'cause of me? Or maybe I'm being delusional. "Also, I'm not that terrible. Don't cry to your little brother about a it" I added on.

"He serves as great protection from idiots like yourself Jjongsaeng~" she mused and started making our drinks.

As we left the counter Jake stood in place, eagerly waiting for Cheonsa to notice his burning questions. I just smiled as I knew what this was about. And as I watched their exchange I realized I was smiling again. Her smile as she gave advice on how our dear Jake Sim best get the girl caused butterflies to fly around and tickle my heart. Once again I stood entranced by Hwangbo Cheonsa's beauty.
