"I can't believe I'm calling this man at this time of night." (F•N) said in her apartment complex late at night.
She had schedule a call with Rio while he was still in prison and she also finally understood why Jake didn't want to do this.
"Let's just get this thing over with." She said about to open her zoom application.
She waited until Rio picked up...
"Hello? Who is this?" He asked with very low quality.
"It's me Rio,Detective (F•N). We need to talk." (F•N) said tired.
"No way! Detective! How's it going?" Rio said immediately lighting up.
"Uh,good,listen we need to talk. Has Byleth mentioned a masquerade party to you at all?" (F•N) asked,grabbing her notepad.
"Yeah,like,all the time! She used to discuss it before you guy's caught me,she even invited me. But you know,I can't go because of where I am right now." Rio sheepishly said showing his jumpsuit.
"What would she discuss?" (F•N) asked.
"Just minimal things,like food,venue,how she wants you guys to just show up and surprise her,live music,sponsors–"
"Wait repeat that last part?" (F•N) said surprised.
"Sponsors?" Rio said.
No,the other part." (F•N) asked.
"Live music??" Rio said playing around with her.
"The other,other part!" (F•N) said frustrated.
"Oh,that part...I've may or may not,stole and printed out classified information about you guys while I was undercover in New York. When I was free,I showed all information I obtained about you guy's to Byleth and she fell in love quickly. Especially with you." Rio explained.
"With me? What do you mean?" (F•N) said confused.
"You didn't know? Byleth likes girls. But she can't really show it that much because...you know how Russian is." Rio explained.
"O-Oh..." (F•N) said very shocked by this information.
"Why what's up? You like girls as well?" Rio joked around with (F•N)
"NO! Focus! Can you think of any reason why Byleth would plan this event?" (F•N) said.
"Not that I know of. You guys need to be careful over there,Byleth and Sheena take there events very seriously. So no funny business." Rio said.
"Cool,thank you!" (F•N) said finishing touches to her notes.
"No problem,we could of made a nice team,you know?" Rio said trying to sweet talk (F•N).
"Yeah but then I would of fired you in a heartbeat." (F•N) said not buying it.
"Tchh! Bye kid!" Rio said laughing then hanging up.
(F•N) closed out of zoom but still had a feeling that Rio was hiding something,she couldn't call him until another time.
"Why would Byleth wants us to "Show up?" This doesn't sound right..." (F•N) said doing more research.
(F•N) tried to find more information about this event but all she could find was days or weeks old articles.
"This doesn't help us at all....or?"
(F•N) quickly searched up the Prime minister that Adrian mentioned and found a interesting article...that required Google translate.
"Prime minister of Russia makes a uncomfortable public statement about being invited to a masquerade party held by "Stone cold clothing" The minister and his daughter are both attending the event for the daughters birthday...Watch the interview–" (F•N) clicked on the video.
Even though she,couldn't understand the language, she could tell that was minister look uneasy and unhappy. She watched until the video was over and was still confused. (F•N) slumped back in her seat.
"I guess we just wing it and hope for the best..." (F•N) thought to herself.
(F•N) then opened her email ready to send it to everyone.
"Hey...how about we just go over Russia unannounced?"

a/n : I have 3 things to discuss.
1. So I just found out that Angus cloud (My face claim for Rio) sadly passed away today. So for respect,I'll be changing his faceclaim. I don't know what it's gonna be but I'm changing it. RIP to you sir.
