In Russia,Sheena was nervously waiting for Jae's return. She had hope Jae did his job but was not expecting what was going to be announced to her.
One of her servants walked up to Sheena,she got up with hesitation. "И что? Что случилось, Джэ сделал то, что его просили?"
("So? What happened did Jae do what he was asked?")
"К сожалению, нет, мисс Ренфро. Сегодня утром Джэ Хивон был найден мертвым" The servant said.
("Unfortunately not,Ms.Renfroe. Jae Hywon has been found dead later this morning.")
Sheen's face dropped quickly.
"Dead?! Who could of–" Sheena stopped abruptly and ran to her office. She opened the door to see another familiar face.
"Ms.Renfroe! It's nice to see you again!"
"Rio?! How did you get out? I thought your bail was a million dollars!?" Sheena walking in her office.
"Some of my guys bailed me and I booked a ticket here! So what's been happening with you and Byleth?" Rio said getting up.
"Jae's dead and she ran away." Sheena said sitting down.
"Yeah~ I was just about to tell you that! I think your girl did that." Rio said.
"Byleth? I mean she never really–"
"No. I mean the detective. The fat one." Rio said jokingly said.
"She did that?? that little girl did that??!" Sheena said surprised.
"I've see the pictures of Jae,she messed him up pretty badly." Rio said laughing.
"I know Byleth ran away with that Scooby-Doo gang and I've already got started."
"Okay momma." Rio said intrested.
"I'm not going to target Byleth. I'm going to target the whole 9-9. I've learned that they have certain enemies that want to see their downfall. Now if I could accuse the 9‐9 for kidnapping her and placing a false identity. They'll have no choice but turn her over to me." Sheena explained.
"Smart. Who would want them to see there downfall?" Rio asked.
"This woman would." Sheena picked up the phone and dialed the NYPD number.
"Hello? This is Madeline Wuntch,commissioner of the NYPD. How may I help you?"
"Madeleine? It's me Sheena." She said.
Rio looked surprised for a second.
"Hello Renfroe. Are you ready for our deal?" Wuntch said.
"Would you mind going over our deal again?" Sheena said.
"Yes. I know that the 9‐9 has your daughter and is hiding her away from you. I bumped into Detective (L•N) and she was quite nervous that's because I sent one of my colleagues to do a "welfare check" to confirm that your daughter is there and she is. Our plan is simple,I have very private and confidential information about 9-9 and I'll hire an expert hacker to release and threaten the 9-9. They'll have no choice." Wuntch explained.
"Just like we discussed. If you don't mind Madeline,I have another assistant to help me. His name is Rio and he work with technology as well." Sheena said introducing him.
"Hello,Ms.Wuntch. I work with tech and mechanics and if just need anything. Holla at me." Rio said.
"The more the merrier! Now,Renfroe are you ready for our deal?" Wuntch asked.
"You have my approval. Call you back tomorrow?" Sheena said.
"Agreed. Call you back tomorrow." Wuntch then hung up.
Sheena leaned back in her chair laughing along with Rio.
"This is amazing! They won't even know what hit them! I'm so glad I came over here." Rio said.
"For the time being,you can stay here in Byleth's room because shes not here and I see you brought bags." Sheena said looking behind Rio.
"You know me so well. I'll leave you alone for tonight. We'll meet again?" Rio said leaving the room.
