Hey just a quick author's note I may need to not work on this book for the next few weeks. My summer class ending had put a lot of stress on my shoulders but so has work.
This is a bit personal but I feel like I need to lay out all the cards so you guys can see the madness I'm dealing with. I'm working 30+ hours this week and I have a my finals to work on.
From 7/23-7/26 I had spent 30 hours on homework on my 3 days off. At the time I was only shduled about 30 hours. This is becuase there was only three full time host and two people who pick up host shifts from time to time, but two of my co-wrokers are going on vacation at the same time.
Which is a lot of hours but with the time I spent but than I had a my co-worker begging me to pick up his last shift before his vaction. Out of guilt I did pick it up. He had some issues and he needed someone to pick it up.
Now I am trying to get some hours off my back but I don't want to make my crisis my co-workers issue. I will talk to mangment to get some more time off next week and take a mental health day soon. For now I am so so tired and sturggling to keep up.
