Naruto's pov.

"Shh, don't cry! Tell me what's going on?" Tsunade came in, hugging me tightly. "They are gone! Mom and dad are gone!" I cried.
"What do you mean?"

Seems like she hadn't watched the news. "The plane they were on crashed!" She grew pale as soon I as i said that. "Oh my.."

I moved in with Tsunade and Jiraiya to a different city since they had custody of me now. After all, I had nothing but bad memories left back home.
I cut all contact with my old friends, ever since that day I had realized that I had done nothing but waste my time on those jerks.

I got ready for school that grandma enrolled me in. It was a private school, it was filled with nice people. I felt happy. It was hard moving on from my past but after months and months of healing, i think I've made it far. It has been 11 months since that incident, i still have nightmares about it.

"Hey, Hinata!" I waved as i saw her with Ino. "Hey, Ino!" They both smiled and walked over to me. "Hi, Naruto!" Hinata bowed her head. "Did you know about the new school program?" Ino said excitedly. "No, I have been so busy lately! What is it about?" Ino rolled her eyes and answered, "Naruto, you live under a rock. It's a student transfer program!" She claps her hands.

"Oh, that's not very exciting." I frown. "Who are the people transferring? And for how long will they be here?" I ask. "Eh, it's up to the students. They can leave after the school year or they can continue their studies. The school even provided them with a place to stay!" She answered. "Oh, whatever." I sighed.

Student transfers are the worst thing, I've hated them ever since I joined this school. New students have joined, old ones have left. I just hope these people don't cause a riot like the old ones. "Who are you waiting for?" I ask the both of them. "We are supposed to be escorting the new students, they should be here any minute." Hinata said shyly.

Hinata has always been shy around me, sometimes she opens up more when it's just us but I enjoy her company. "See you guys at lunch!" I wave them off. "Hey, I'm here!"

"The teacher told you, me and Kiba to show around the new students." He tells me, "i thought lno and Hinata were doing that?" I ask him. "They are showing the girls around, we should the male students around." He said, "the teacher said it could give us more points, and knowing you and Kiba... I agreed." Shikamaru explained.

"Well, as long as its for marks I have no problem with it!" Kiba exclaimed. "Where is Sai?" I ask, "aww, are you worried about your little boyfriend?" Kiba teases me.

"First of all, he is not my boyfriend. And second, I'm just asking because he wasn't here yesterday." I respond. "He's right, Sai is not the one to skip school." Shikamaru backs me up. "True." Kiba groaned. "Boys! The new students have arrived in the front of the school!" The teacher yelled at us. "Oh shit!" Kiba face palms. 

We head down on the first floor, to find about 10 new students. I scanned all of them, "one of the students are running late." The secretary informs us, "I'll take these four, come with me." Shikamaru said pointing at the four guys that are lined up. "I'll take these three i guess." Kiba said, motioning them to follow him.

"Naruto, you take these two and the one that is running late." Shikamaru said. "I'll walk with your group, since mine are a little... annoying." He said not caring about the fact that they heard him. "Okay, I need to drop by the bathroom first. You wait here with them." I say.

I return as soon as possible, and I notice him. I freeze. No this can't be.. Why is he here? Shikamaru noticed my unsettling behaviour and walked towards me. "You alright?" He asked. "Y-Yeah.." i mumble. Shikamaru nods.

"Alright. This is my friend Naruto, we will show you around together. If you are causing disturbance we will ask you to leave. Follow us and do not wonder off." Shikamaru says clicking his tongue.
"how annoying." He whispered to me. I stay composed and walk beside Shikamaru. "Psst, Shikamaru!" I whisper getting close to him.

"Huh? What?" He asks, totally uninterested. "Keep an eye on the pale one." I mumble out. "Why? Did he do something?" He asks curiously. "He's an old friend." I whispered softly.

"I'll keep him away from you." He says, glancing at him. "Hey, I need to use the bathroom!" One of the students say. "Okay, whoever wants to go to the bathroom, come with me. Others go along with Shikamaru." I respond, turning around facing them.

About 3 of them need to go to the bathroom, and one of them happened to be him. I sigh, trying to act friendly. "Follow me guys!" I walk towards the bathrooms. I waited outside the bathroom, for them to finish up. When out of no where he grabs my hand. I flinch as i turn around to see who it was.

"Oh, it's you." I say trying to avoid awkward questions. "Why did you leave?" He asked, getting closer. "What do you mean?" I play dumb. "Stop fucking with me. Why did you move without telling me?" He asked angrily. "I don't need to explain myself to you, let go of my hand." I command.

"Use the bathroom if you need and if not head with Shikamaru." I look at him. "No, not until you tell me." He stares at me. "And who was that?" He asked, "I don't need to explain myself to you."

"We're done!" The other two students say. I turn to them without hesitation. "Alright, let's finish up this damn tour." I tell them, luckily Sasuke stayed quiet for the rest of the tour.

"We're finished early, please head to your classes when the second bell rings, which is in about 10 minutes." I say assuming the time. The two students leave, "I want to talk to you." Sasuke said as he grabbed me arm. I sigh, "Listen Sasuke, I left because I can. I cut everyone off because I can. If you have to say anything other than that, let me know."

"Why did you leave?" He asks. "I moved here because of you." He said looking dead in my eyes, he tried to plant a kiss on my lips, which I luckily dodged. "What the fuck, Sasuke?!" I push him away. "What? We used to kiss before— hell we even fucked a few times and it's not like we've broken up." He argues.

"We broke up the day you kissed that girl." I respond back, wiping the kiss off. "Stay the fuck away from me!" I yell at him. "Is that why you left? It was just a stupid dare Naruto." He said, just a dare? I don't care if it was just a stupid dare. He seems to be forgetting that he did not just kiss that girl— he had sex with her.
"Whatever, you can kiss, hug, fuck anyone without consequences now. Go be a whore I don't give a damn. Just stay away from me."

I walk over to my locker, putting my bag inside. Finally it was lunch time, I could hang out with my friends. Sasuke and his little group were at the side being loud and talking about people. Suddenly i couldn't help but hear them talking. "Did you see the way Sasuke looks at that Uzumaki kid?"

"Yeah, i think he has a thing for him." One of the guys spoke, chuckling.

Thankfully, they don't notice me since the locker room is full of people.
