The blaring sound of the smoke alarm combined with the small yaps of a dog jolted Brandon from his slumber making him sit up rather quickly, his heart beating at an irregular place as he'd woken up confused for a split second— he wasn't in the sanctity of his quiet home but in the chaotic one of Cerise's.

He sat for a second, listening to the smoke alarm continue to go off until it sounded as if it had been smashed as he tried to wake up. Slipping out of Cerise's queen bed, Brandon ambled to the doorway of her bedroom, adjusting his manhood in his briefs as he looked out seeing Cerise standing on top of her kitchen island with a rag in one hand and the smoke detector in the other hand trying to figure out how to put it back into the ceiling.

"Good morning," Brandon spoke groggily, startling Cerise.

Cerise gasped, clutching her imaginary pearls. "Did I wake you up? I'm sorry," she said quickly, standing as if she'd been caught in the act of doing something she weren't supposed to.

"Yes but I prefer not to sleep in anyways so it's okay," He said, exiting the room. "What are you doing?"

"Cooking— well trying to cook," She giggled shyly, looking at the smoke detector in her hands.
Somehow she'd went from making egg whites to breaking her fire alarm system. "Do you know how to fix this?"

Brandon chuckled lightly. "Leave it on the counter, I'll put it back up,"

Cerise lowered herself carefully, sitting down onto the edge of the imported marble; Brandon filling the space between her legs and placing his tattooed hands on the counter on either side of her, trapping her in him.

"I thought you said you don't know how to cook?" He asked, looking down at her; her hair in a messy bun and the satin fabric of her robe slipping down her shoulder.

"I don't but I wanted to make you breakfast," She said innocently.

Brandon withheld the urge to laugh as he turned and looked at the stove and whatever was on it, now far darker than it should've been. "What is that?"

"Eggs,"

A small chuckled escaped his lips. "I'm vegan mama,"

"I know— they're vegan eggs,"

Brandon stared at her blankly before letting out the rest of his laugh as the apples of her cheeks took on a bright red hue. "How about we grab some food?" He offered.

"That'll probably be the safer option," She jested growing sheepish under his stare. Sometimes she hated when he stared at her because he always had this predatory look in his eyes like he wanted to eat her off the bone and it made her nervous.
"Can you stop— looking at me like that," Cerise mumbled. "You're making me nervous,"

"You're breathtaking. How else do you suppose I look at you Ms. Harvey?"

"I don't know— not like you want to eat me," She mumbled, picking a strand of hair from out of her face.

"But what if I'm hungry?" He asked hypothetically with a small smirk.

"Eat those eggs then,"

"I wanna eat you," Brandon said in his sleepy voice, raspy and husky as he craned his head down and placed his face in the crook of her neck making her giggle ticklishly.

"Stop!" She laughed feverishly, trying to push him off as he peppered her neck with kisses, nipping and sucking on her flesh.

Brandon grabbed her up off the counter as if she weighed nothing, wrapping her smooth legs around his waist and carrying her to the room; his JR at full attention in his briefs.
