New Book...Maybe

I was going to write this on my announcement but yoh, I talk too much, and it was coming to like 2000 characters which is practically a whole chapter on it's own- and yea, it's much easier here.

Now. 

Basically, I wanted to write a new book (I'm bored with my life, can you tell?)

Now, it's either with Slashy or Kirky, they are by far my absolute favorite, and I honestly can't decide between them- so let me know who you want it to be about and the majority wins.

 I swear, if someone says they don't know, they can't choose, blah-da, blah-da, blah, they finna get my great grandfathers sad iron flying at them. And I can take a mf out with that shi.

So, the part that confuzzles me, should I make the fem-character South African?

I've had people lose interest because they don't understand the slang, or the sjambok references- frankly speaking, I don't think a single one of my readers understood it- I doubt I had any South African readers.

And, I don't want that happening with another book. I don't mind writing about an American- or even British- but my rule is 'Write what you know,' because it makes the story much more realistic and in depth etc.

And being the coconut I am, writing 'bout an American/ Brit is a piece of cake.

If you do want to read about a South African OC, it would be about another 70s band called Clout. All girl band, practically our South Africanised 'The Runaways.'

To answer the unasked, 'Are they Black?' questions- nada. 

If you didn't know, I'm South African Indian- so I can't factually describe a Black person, because there's millions of cultures, and writing about something I don't know about would be extremely disrespectful.

And writing 'bout an Indian person is just- no. It doesn't make sense. Too many people associate us with the mf's on top- who don't even know about S.A Indian history. 

I was already reaching out with making Hold on to Love about a South African band, imagine making them Indian too.

 And as much as I'd love to write about that, in fact I was even considering writing about Flood because the singers Indian but eish, people are gonna hate etc. etc.

Oh yea, and Clout's all white girls- that's why they're 'famous'

But yeah, hate to cut my 387 word speech short- I could go on and on 'bout this forever, I had to delete my Apartheid paragraph short.

So lemme know if you want it to be with Slash or Kirk.

No guys, bffr. I don't care if it's some racist ass shit, just tell me whether I should go for British, American or South African.
