<3rd Person POV>

 Jake and Drew decide to have a sleepover at Drew's house. Only 2 of them. They got ready for the bed and Jake lay on the bed, waiting for Drew to wear his clothes. He suddenly remembered about his past and sighed heavily. 

Jake's eyes stared out into the night sky outside the window, heavy with sadness. His heart ached, burdened by the weight of his past. 

After Drew had gotten dressed, he lay beside Jake. He snuggled inside Jake, kissing his cheeks tenderly. Jake giggled as Drew did that and kissed him back. Jake was smiling but Drew knew that something was off.

"Jake, what's weighing on you? You can tell me anything," asked Drew, smiling at his boyfriend. 

Seeing Jake hesitating, Drew kissed Jake on his cheeks again. "You don't need to tell me if you feel uncomfortable." 

Jake hesitated for a while, then finally opened his mouth. "Drew, before I met you, my life was a mess. Getting bullied and teased. No one took seriously about me." Jake sighed softly before continuing. "I was lost, floating aimlessly through the days. I felt like I didn't have a purpose like no one truly saw me for who I was."

As Jake continued, tears streamed down his face, his voice quivering with raw vulnerability. Each word was a painful release. He had never let anyone see him like this before, but in that moment, Drew's arms offered him the strength to be his true self. Drew listened intently, their heart aching for the pain Jake had endured. With every tear that fell, Drew's love grew stronger. They knew that in this moment, they had the power to breathe life back into Jake's wounded spirit.

Gently, Drew wiped away Jake's tears and cradled his face in their hands. Their eyes locked, and in that connection, Jake felt a glimmer of hope. 

"Don't worry Jake. I'll never leave you." his voice was laced with tenderness. With delicate whispers, Drew spoke words of encouragement and affirmation.

"I never thought anyone would love me, accept me with all my flaws. But then you came into my life, Drew... and everything changed. You showed me what it means to be cherished and loved." his voice shook.

"You are worthy of love, Jake. Never doubt that," he whispered in Jake's ear as he gently caressed his back for a sign of relief.

"I'm so grateful you're here, Drew." he weakly smiled, wiping off his tears.

He tenderly stroked Jake's hair. "I'm here for you, always." 

In that moment, a wave of warmth washed over Jake. He felt a newfound sense of security and acceptance. Drew's love was like a soothing balm that healed his wounded soul. And in the safety of their embrace, Jake allowed himself to let go of his past, finding solace in the present.
And so, in the stillness of that night, Jake and Drew lay together, their hearts beating in sync.  

Jake clung to Drew, closing his eyes. He believed that Drew would be on his side. 

Drew whispered, "We're in this together, Jake. I'll never leave your side."

"I love you, Drew."

"And I love you, Jake."
