A New Love Rival for Sensei??

It was the second day at my new school and things are already getting more and more.... let's say crazy. I was still extremely shocked to find out that my neighbour was my homeroom teacher; I mean... it's a coincidence right? I sighed as the homeroom bell echoed through every hallway of the school, "Class 3-A! I have an announcement to make!" a loud familiar voice rang into my ears. I looked up to see Kitasawa Sensei smiling broadly at me... something tells me that this is not going to end well at least for me. 

"There will be a Sport Festival taking place this week and we would all have to cooperate in making flags/ posters etc to cheer your classmates on! There will be no slackers and not to mention, there would be a prize awarded for the class who achieves the most points!" Kitasawa Sensei shouted as a small glimpse of light shone in his green emerald eyes.

~Time Skip~

"Seiko! Could you please get the equipment box from the Recourse room upstairs please? Don't worry if you don't know where it is, there's a label outside the room so you'll know~" Mio and Yuumi cried in unison as they desperately reordered the layout design of a flag we designed together. 

Everyone seemed to be more worked up about the event after hearing the prize... well... to be honest I haven't been to a hot spring in years, ever since I left Japan which was when I was five... but I have visited other places... I never thought that one day I had to actually live in Japan.... "The equipment box eh? I wonder if I could even carry that.... (-_-) I guess I'll see when I find it...." I thought to myself as I promptly made my way to the Recourse room.

"Hmm~ now where on Earth is it? The whole school seemed like a maze, it's ridiculous how every classroom & corridor looked exactly the same..." I thought as I searched around for said room.... Not looking where I was going, I turned, but as soon I turned I felt my entire body toppling over. "Oh Sh...!" I thought loudly as I fell over facing torwards an unknown figure in front of me.

"Itee~~" I said quietly as I looked up to see a face staring at me which was only a few inches away... My face immediately turned red when I realised what position I was in... my whole body was practically leaning onto the unknown boy underneath me. "I-I'm so sorry!" I stammered as I frantically got up and bowed apologetically..... there was no response.... "Oh crap.... Is he going to shout at me? Noooo! It's only been the second day since I've transferred here and I already made a fool of myself??" I thought as I peeked to see the boy who promptly got up and stood in silence.... I then heard a quiet chuckle coming out from him. 

"Ku haha~" the boy laughed..... oh great... he must be laughing at my stupidity... this was the first time I saw him.... Looking from his face... he seemed to be at least two years older than me.... He had straight light brown hair that was swept to the side, dark hazel eyes and seemed to be quite tall compared to me... "You're new here aren't you?" he said as he swiftly glanced at me from the side, which immediately snapped me out of my thoughts as I looked at him still quite embarrassed of what happened a minute ago.

"Y-yes..." I answered quietly. A small hint of a smirk appeared on his face. 

"I see..." he said as he slowly moved closer to me. Instinctively, I took a few slow steps back as he continuously tried to close the gap; until his face was right next to my ear and he whispered, "you seem quite cute... I'm Nambai Yukimura... ne, what's your name?" even though I hate to admit but I couldn't help but feel his voice tingling through me. I felt the heat rushing up onto my face.

"U-um..." I stammered but before I could reply I heard a loud voice that called me. "Seiko~~~~~" and I turned to see Yuumi waving at me on the other side of the hallway. I didn't want to make any eye contact with this person anymore... it was so embarrassing... so I turned away and started to head towards Yuumi with my face facing down... I didn't want anyone to see what I look like right now...
