Courage and Love (A Klaine love story)

Chapter 11

~Kurt~

Waking up I rub the sleep from my eyes and notice a very cute snoring Blaine and the sound of my phone going off. I quickly grab my phone before it wakes up Blaine. It's a text from my dad.

Dad- Kurt I have to go down to the shop for a couple hours. If you get to the house before I get there you guys can just hang out or wait on me. Maybe we can go to Breadstix tonight if you want. I miss you.

Kurt- Dad that's fine I'll see you when you get home. I'm sure my friend Blaine won't mind waiting. Breadstix sounds great. Can Blaine come with us if he can?

Dad- Yeah Kurt that's fine. See you soon love you Kurt.

Kurt- Love you too.

I put my phone in my pocket before trying to sneak out of bed to go to the bathroom. I quickly shower, brush my teeth and dress before walking back out. Blaine is still sleeping when I walk back in his room. I see pictures of him with Cooper all over his desk and dressers but none of his parents. I can't help myself from snooping a little more. I open his closet and notice his huge collection of bow ties. I hear him move on the bed so I quietly close his closet. I decide to get some air and slip out his door to head downstairs before waking him up.

"Hey" I say to Cooper as I walk outside. He's sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch drinking coffee.

"Hey.... Kurt right? He asks taking a sip of his coffee.

"Right. Blaine isn't up yet so I thought I'd get some air. Do you mind if I join you?" I ask.

"No ... please sit. " He says so I sit in the rocking chair beside him.

"So how long have you and my brother been together?"

"Not long actually. We got together last night." I say.

"Wow your right that's not long. He's a good guy. I'm protective of him. I sorta always have been. Our parents have never really been around so it's mostly just been us. The dynamic duo. I don't know why I'm telling you all this but you seem to care for him so please don't hurt him." He says looking over at me.

"I'm really glad Blaine has a brother that cares so much. I promise I have no intentions of hurting him. I really do care for your brother so much. He's amazing."

"I think your amazing too." I look up quickly to see a sleepy looking Blaine rubbing his eye and smiling at me by the door.

"Your up." I say standing up to hug him. He wraps his arms around my waist pulling me tighter before kissing my cheek.

"Yeah I'm up, Coop do you mind if I steal my boyfriend from you?" He asks grabbing my hand and pulling me inside before Cooper has time to answer.

"Are you hungry? I can make pancakes." He asks as soon as we are alone inside.

"Yeah that would be great." I say. He releases my hand and kisses my cheek again before walking in the kitchen.

"Where did you learn to make pancakes?" I ask following him into the kitchen.

"I kind of just picked it up. I always had to make breakfast for myself growing up and I got tired of cereal everyday."

"Wow it must of been hard being alone all the time. Cooper said your parents aren't around much."

"I got use to it. They travel a lot so Coop mostly took care of me. He's the only person I have really. Besides, I don't really get along with my dad anyway." He says looking away.

I can see the hurt on his face as he brushes it off. "Well you have me now too." I say walking over to him and wrapping my arms around his waist from behind.

"I do." he asks turning in my arms.

"Of course. I told you I'm falling for you. I promise I'll always be there for you." I tell him as I lean in to brush my lips against his. He kisses me back lightly before turning back to finish mixing the batter. I release his waist and sit at the table to watch.

~Blaine~

"Kurt are you going to introduce me to your dad as your boyfriend or just a friend. I'm kind of wondering how I should act." I say nervously as we pull up in the driveway. We decided after we ate to go to his house and wait on his dad to get there.

"Just be yourself. I haven't came out to my dad so I thought I would tell him today. I think he will be ok with it but I'm scared so I just really want you here is that ok?" He says.

"Yeah that's ok. Let's go inside." I say. We start to open the doors to get out but I stop him. He looks at me confused. I hold up my index finger and get out walking over to his door before opening it for him. He smiles big so I know he's pleased. "Such a gentleman, Blaine your going to spoil me if you keep that up." He jokes. "I love doing things for you. Your my man now, expect to be spoiled." I tease back.

We walk to his door and go inside. I love Kurt's house it's so comfy and lived in. I hope to have a home that feels this way one day. "So how long do you think we have until your dad gets home?" I ask trying to look innocent.

"Few hours maybe. Why?" Kurt looks at me suspiciously.

"I was hoping we could go to your room and study."

"Study? Blaine you didn't bring your books." Kurt looks at me confused. I grab his hand and pull him against me.

"Kurt I don't want to study with books. I want to study you. I want to learn your tickle spots. I want to study your neck with my lips and explore your mouth with my tongue. Do you want to go study with me?" I say as I lightly kiss his neck.

"Oh my God yes.... " He says before leading me to his room.
