For years, Firey and Flower had been bitter enemies in the Battle for Dream Island. They often argued and competed with the other campers for the same items and resources available at the island.
But when Flower won a bet against Firey, the two agreed to go on a date to settle their differences and end their rivalry once and for all.
At first it was awkward and neither of them knew what to say. Firey broke the ice by complimenting Flower on how brave she was. Flower, equally flustered, reciprocated by telling Firey he was kind and nice.
The conversation was going well until the AC broke and suddenly it was unbearably hot in the room. Firey foolishly blurted out “It’s so hot in here! But you’re hot too… I um, I mean… you’re looking really nice today.”
Flower blushed, obviously pleased by Firey’s compliment. “No one has ever said that to me before,” she said. “Thank you.”
Encouraged by her reaction, Firey made one final compliment. “You’ve always been strong and I admire that quality in you,” he said.
Flower’s heart melted and she asked Firey, “Would you be my boyfriend?”
Firey was taken aback by such an unexpected request. After a few moments of quiet contemplation, he finally responded with a big smile, 'I would love to!'
