TW!

Bruce impatiently tapped his foot as he looked at the clock.

3 more minutes.

3 more minutes until he got to see Vance for 50 minutes straight.

He had been thinking about it since class started and the only thing written on his paper was "Vance" with a bunch of hearts.

The bell rung and Bruce practically ran out of class. He smiled and waved at a few girls who called out his name but didn't pay to much mind to them.

He then arrived to his class:

Geography, Murphy Nicholas.
Room B36.

The brunette walked in and waved to the teacher before scanning around for Vance. He didn't see him and just figured he was late.

He quickly took a seat and took out his stuff.

Kids piled in and there was no curly haired blonde. He still waited with a smile on his face.

RING!

The bell rung and still, no Vance Hopper.

Bruce sighed and just took out his homework. He would be there, soon.

12:25 pm

The bell rung for lunch and everyone piled out of 5th hour and ran to the cafeteria. Bruce slowly made his made hoping to see Vance.

Once he arrived he sat down at his normal table. He wasn't hungry.

He looked around and still didn't see his favorite blonde.

"Oh hey Bruce!" a familiar voice said, catching his attention. Bruce looked up and saw Griffin standing with Billy.

"Hey Griff," Bruce replied with a small smile.

"Where's Vance?" Billy asked sitting down in one of chairs.

Bruce shrugged, he truly had the same question, "haven't seen him since this morning."

"He looked kinda sad this morning, he didn't eat breakfast, mom made his favorite too. She saved him some though, just in case." Griffin announced as he messed with his shirt.

The other two looked at him. Billy had caught onto Vance's behavior and knew this wasn't normal.

"Bruce you gotta talk to him, soon," Billy said quickly turning his attention to the brunette. Bruce looked confused but simply nodded, he'd head over to their trailer after school.

-

It was about 4pm and Bruce was heading to the trailer park. He waved to girls who called out his name and simply smiled at the weird guys who looked at him funny when he got into town.

After about 30 minutes he arrived and walked up to the rusty door. He heard a few mumbles and footsteps before the door opened revealing a almost tired looking Vance with his hair up. He was still in his clothes from that morning.

The blonde looked at his friend before looking down.

"I'm sorry man," Vance said with a strained voice like he was going to cry.

Bruce frowned, he didn't wanna see Vance cry.

"No don't apologize, it's okay, we all have bad days," Bruce replied with a big smile.

Vance sighed, "it's always a bad day, Bruce. Come in."

Bruce nodded and walked in when Vance moved to the side.

He sat on the couch and Vance followed after he shut the door, he sat next to Bruce with his shoulder touching the back of the couch.

He wiped his eyes.

"I cut myself, Bruce."

Bruce titled his head, "like when you were making lunch or something?"

The blonde giggled at his friends response but became serious.

"No like..."

Vance started to cry again and removed his bracelets.
