At another gig, the heroes had just finished their performance and were interacting with fans, taking photos and signing autographs. Suddenly, one of Ni-ki's classmates showed up and began being disrespectful towards him. Jooyeon tried to intervene, but Ni-ki wasn't bothered by the comments. His newfound fame had made him confident and somewhat cocky, so he brushed off the classmate's remarks with ease.
Sunghoon leaned against the wall, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "Enjoying the fame, huh?" he teased, knowing Jooyeon was still getting used to their newfound popularity.
Jooyeon chuckled, crossing his arms. "Well, it's definitely different," he admitted. "But it's all thanks to our fans and their support."
Sunghoon grinned, playfully nudging Jooyeon's shoulder. "Yeah, but don't let it get to your head too much," he said with a wink. "You're still the same Jooyeon I know."
Jooyeon smiled, feeling a warm camaraderie between them. "And you're still the same Sunghoon," he replied, leaning back against the wall. "I guess some things never change."
Sunghoon's smile softened, and he glanced at Jooyeon, the familiarity of their connection shining through. "Yeah, and that's a good thing," he said sincerely. "No matter how famous we become, we'll always have each other's backs."
Jooyeon nodded, appreciating Sunghoon's support. "You're right," he said, feeling grateful for their friendship. "I'm glad we're on this journey together."
Sunghoon smiled, his gaze softening. "Me too," he said, reaching over to ruffle Jooyeon's hair affectionately. "Now, let's head back inside before the fans start to wonder where we went."
They both chuckled and made their way back to the venue, ready to face whatever challenges their newfound fame would bring, knowing they had each other to rely on.
Jake couldn't help but find Heesung's antics amusing as he pretended to be a big fan, trying to make everyone around them believe that he was just another enthusiastic supporter. His playful behavior was drawing some attention from the crowd, and Jake couldn't help but feel a mix of embarrassment and amusement.
"People are watching," Jake whispered, trying to hold back a laugh. Heesung's mischievous smile only widened as he replied, "Even better."
Despite the slight embarrassment, Jake found himself enjoying Heesung's playful side. It was moments like these that made their bond even stronger, knowing they could have fun together, even in the midst of their fame and the public eye.
As the hours passed, the boys grew tired, but Jake remained behind to clean up. Ni-ki couldn't help but groan, knowing they had agreed to leave as a group, and Jake was taking his time with the stats job. Meanwhile, Jake entered the bar area and began wiping down the counter.
"Having fun?" Heesung's voice came from behind, seemingly appearing out of nowhere. Jake turned to face him with a playful smile. "Yeah, are you?" he quipped, feeling Heesung's hands gliding playfully over his body.
"Definitely," Heesung replied, leaning down towards Jake's neck. But Jake, sensing the mischievous intentions, moved away with a grin. "Someone might see us—stop," he chuckled, trying to hold back his laughter as Heesung playfully attempted to annihilate his neck.
Heesung couldn't help but laugh as well, finding Jake's resistance all the more endearing. They continued to banter and goof around, making the cleaning process feel less like a chore and more like an enjoyable moment shared between friends.
As the night came to an end, they finally left as a group, ready to take on whatever new adventures and challenges awaited them. The laughter and camaraderie from the cleanup lingered, reminding them that they were not just bandmates but a close-knit family, supporting and enjoying each other's company through thick and thin.
