Sunghoon woke up with a content smile on his face, finding himself nestled against Jooyeon's chest. He admired Jooyeon's peaceful sleeping face, feeling a rush of affection. Quietly, he decided to get up and head downstairs. However, as he descended, he heard faint noises that made him hesitate. He backtracked and returned to Jooyeon, gently waking him up.

"Your parents are home," Sunghoon whispered into Jooyeon's ear, causing him to jolt awake. "Shit," Jooyeon muttered, startled. "You scared me," he added, while Sunghoon bit his lip. Jooyeon couldn't resist and kissed him, playfully biting his lip hard. "You're sweet," Jooyeon teased with a hint of blood on his tongue, and Sunghoon smiled, leaning in to taste the blood.

"Jooyeon! I'm home!" His mother's voice called out from downstairs. Sunghoon pulled away, reminding him of the situation. "Your mother," Sunghoon said. Jooyeon smirked mischievously and replied, "She can wait."

This time, Jooyeon quickly broke away from Sunghoon as they heard footsteps coming up the stairs. Sunghoon chuckled, playfully shushing him. The door opened, and Jooyeon's mother greeted him with a smile. "Hey, honey," she said, and Jooyeon returned the greeting, "Hey, Mom. How was the trip? Where's Dad?"

Sunghoon playfully tickled Jooyeon's back as he hid under the covers. Jooyeon's mother let out a sigh. "You might want to come downstairs for this," she said, concern evident in her voice. Jooyeon furrowed his brow but replied, "Okay," and followed his mother downstairs.

Sunghoon cautiously peered out from under the covers, hearing Jooyeon and his mother talking downstairs. He patiently waited for Jooyeon to return. After what felt like an eternity, the door finally opened, and Jooyeon entered the room. Sunghoon noticed the solemn expression on Jooyeon's face as he sat down on the bed.

"My dad left us," Jooyeon said, dropping the bombshell. Sunghoon's heart sank, and he moved closer to Jooyeon, offering comfort and support during this difficult time.

Sunghoon wrapped his arms around Jooyeon, pulling him into a comforting embrace. "I'm so sorry," Sunghoon whispered softly, his voice filled with empathy. "You don't have to go through this alone. I'm here for you, Jooyeon."

Jooyeon leaned into Sunghoon's embrace, finding solace in his presence. "Thank you," Jooyeon said, his voice shaky with emotion. "It's just... I never expected this to happen."

Sunghoon gently stroked Jooyeon's back, offering him a sense of security. "Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes it throws unexpected challenges our way," Sunghoon said, trying to offer some words of comfort. "But we'll get through this together. You have your mom, and you have me."

Jooyeon looked up at Sunghoon, his eyes reflecting a mixture of sadness and gratitude. "I know," he said, a small smile forming on his lips. "I'm lucky to have you by my side."

Sunghoon smiled back, his heart warming at Jooyeon's words. "I'll always be here for you," he said, sincerity evident in his voice. "No matter what happens."

Sunghoon tenderly kissed Jooyeon's tears, savoring the bittersweet taste. They broke away, and Jooyeon's trembling voice pleaded, "Please, make the pain go away." Sunghoon let out a soft sigh, his heart aching for his him "Jooyeon, I wish I could," he replied gently, "but it's not something I can fix for you." Jooyeon nodded in understanding, seeking comfort as he buried his head in the crook of Sunghoon's neck.

Sunghoon devoted the day to being there for Jooyeon, comforting him through his tough time. With Sunghoon's support, Jooyeon's spirits gradually lifted, and they decided to spend the day together watching movies. They snuggled up on Jooyeon's bed, sharing laughs and cozy moments as the movies played. Sunghoon's presence brought a sense of warmth and solace to Jooyeon, making the day a little brighter despite the difficult news about his father.
