I woke up in a early morning. With a lot of messages from Danielle.
Dani
Hey Haerin are you coming to school today?
Me
No why Dani?
Dani
Nothing
Me
Okay?
I'm going to surprise her at school. Me and Dani have been dating for of couple of months. I know I'm not supposed to be lying to my partner but I'm going to surprise her!
I pack my lunch and ran out of my house. I grab my car keys from my pocket and unlock the car doors. I'm a bit early to school.
But anything to surprise Danielle. I arrived at school.
I grab my backpack and ran the whole hallway to Danielle's locker. Danielle was nowhere to be found.
I will just wait for her here. Minutes pass and still no sign of Danielle.
I will just go to the restroom. I walk to the restroom.
As I was walking to the restroom I pulled out my phone and started to text Dani.
I got to the restroom and wasn't paying attention where I was looking at. I was about to send a text message.
But I lift my head up to see. Danielle and Minji kissing.
"Danielle?" I felt tears form in my eyes.
"Haerin it's not what it looks like!!!" Danielle grabs my wrist.
"It clearly looks like it" I pulled from Danielle's grip and ran away.
I didn't know where I was running too. I bumped into this cute girl.
"Ah I'm sorry!"
"Don't worry I'm alright!" I say.
"My name is Hanni! What about you?"
"Haerin"
"Nice to meet you Haerin!"
"Rin do you want me to walk you to class?!?"
"Nicknames already?"
"Yup I'm sorry..."
"Don't worry about it call me anything you want"
"So can I call you mine"
Hanni winked at me.
"Of course why not Hanni"
"You know Haerin call me baby I like that more than Hanni!"
"Of course baby"
We linked arms together.
Me and Hanni spent time at the cafe a lot. She made me forget about Danielle. It's time for me to move on.
