Memories keep on coming to me. I can't believe, i thought that was our last time. But seeing how desperate the others to survive, i'm slowly become one of them.

"Mama, pag-umuwi po ako diyan. Mag advance party po tayo para sa birthday ko." Aniya ko sa telepono. It's saturday. My birthday is in Tuesday.

I smile thinking the old days. After this, is it gonna be okay? Are we really going to be safe, out there?

"Tita! I miss you, how are na po? You seem got prettier than the last time we seen each other, huh." I said when i finally got inside of tita Jessy house.

"Hi tito! How was your health? You got taller na naman po. Can you teach me even a little bit about business? My business is a little broke." I awkwardly said. Tito smiled and give me an advice about it.

That was a long time ago. I'm too depressed that time. I can't even smile freely. I wanted to cry.

"Marlyn! I have something for you!" Pag-agaw ko sa atensiyon niya. "Lately, i notice that you work overtime. You must be tired, aren't you?" She shook her head, denying.

"Congratulations, ito na ang sahod mo. I'll give you three days of dayoff. So, have fun!" I said.

"Papa, if i grown like you. What would i look?" Papa laughed of what i thought. A kid asking what would her look when she's grown.

I heard Anton,laughing. "Anong tinatawa tawa mo diyan? Hindi ka na tatangkad, yang ngipin mong pangit hindi na yan tutubo. Never!" I bashed my brother. Not so long we argued about a worthless topic.

I smiled, my brother grown so fine. He's taller than me. His tooth are one of his charm. He smile and there's his teeth, shining like a glitters.

"I'm not gonna cry! I'm not!" I said as i'm in my room. I heard someone knocked my door. "Come in." Anton came inside.

"You shitty head sister, what he did to you?" He ask, in a gentle way. Hugged me. "He cheated!" Sumbong ko.

"Nice, did you to break up?" He said. I nodded. He smiled like there's no tomorrow. "Oh, you're now single, matakot ka baka hindi ka na makasal. What if ayaw talaga ng tadhana na makasal ka?" He joked and laugh. I laugh too, i can't hold on my tears. I cried in his arms.

He looks fine yet had a childish mind. Walang tigil ako sa pagbaril sa mga bounts. Halos magtambak na sa harapan namin ang napabagsak namin.

May narinig kaming mamarating na helicopter. A lot. Nagbabaril din sila galing sa itaas.

Ang isang helicopter ay umusad sa amin at binigyan kami ng dalawang kahong mga bala.

Many of us are crying, are we thinking the same? Our memories from our past? My past give me a lot of determination to survive. I want to be with them 'til the end. Wanna see their smiles.

"Ate Kate, ayus ka lang ba?" Asani ask. Nagtataka naman akong tumingin sa kaniya. "You're crying." Sambit nito, agad kong pinunasan ang pisnge ko at totoo nga.
