Brief explanation: As you know, in no Disney media is revealed the name of the Fairy Godmother, it is known that her name is not that, because Fauna, Flora and Merryweather are fairy godmothers too, but we know their names. Therefore, here in this fanfic she is called Helena. Every time the name Helena is mentioned, know that it is Fairy Godmother.

Time in Auradon seemed to pass quickly. The 24 hours of the day seemed like twelve and every time they closed their eyes it was as if the month was already another and that was how five years had passed. Mal, as well as Evie, Jay, Ben, Loonie and Doug were already in their 22nd year. Carlos and Jane, being younger, were 21.

In five years, a lot has happened. Like Evie who had graduated the year before and was officially a fashion designer, and a member of the Board of Education and Auradon School. Jay became one of the school's coaches. One of his greatest passions was teaching soccer to the boys on the Island. Carlos worked at an animal shelter, now there were two actually. You couldn't help but find it funny that Cruella de Vil's son was officially the biggest animal protector. Doug graduated from a Technology course and spends most of his time at Cinderella's castle helping her with some issues, he returned home a few weeks ago.

Loonie became a fencing master and has been in the Orient with her parents for two months. She called Jay to go, but, he said an emphatic no, Jane, well, Jane is always helping everyone with everything, she inherited her mother's powers, but those were unused and she spends most of her time helping Mal.

Speaking of her, Lady Maleficent Bertha Faery is being awesome, breaking day after day the paradigms and rules that were expected of the king's girlfriend. Over the years, Mal has dedicated herself to various projects, as many as she could. In five years, she experienced everything, she was loved and hated, she wanted to disappear and wished she never left, she fought and made up, she hurt and was hurt, but she was still standing. What neither Mal, Ben, Evie, Jay, Jane or Carlos imagined is what is happening all over Auradon without them knowing. For five years there were people trying to maintain control and make sure that the happily ever after of Fairy Tales was kept safe, no matter what the price. Underneath all the joy that the young descendants experienced, there is something dark that happens and no one knows, except a certain fairy.

Helena or Fairy Godmother, was living through difficult years. Although, she felt joy to see the new time Ben was bringing, she could not escape the dark feelings and fear that had been plaguing (them) and obviously her. With each passing year Ben and Mal's love seemed to strengthen, even with the challenges they faced. The two remained together which made her fear triple. It was no secret that she was very pleased when Mal asked Ben to postpone the idea of marriage and honestly believed that would be the end of it, but no, their love grew. She was at peace until Jane came home shouting "Ben is going to propose!". His face was drained of color and his hands sweated like never before, the next day, in this case today he would have a reunion (they) should know that. The truth was that the long-avoided but expected war was coming.
