"Yes, you and Ben were the ones who would fulfill the prophecy."

Fairy Godmother told.

"That's why we wanted to separate them."

Colbi revealed making Mal and Ben even more stressed.

"Colbi!"

Cirse warned him when she heard what her friend had said.

"How?"

Just like everyone else inside the dungeon Mal was startled by the comment made.

"What's the big deal now? It doesn't matter anymore, we failed."

Demetrius spoke.

"Did you try to separate us?"

Ben looked at him sternly.

"Yes, yes, yes!"

Demetrius shouted as if that would take away something that was stuck in his throat.

"Mal and Ben don't understand, but there is a balance that has always been respected..."

Rashid tried to appease the situation.

"Since when do you know?"

Ben questioned again.

"I don't understand."

Rashid said.

"Since when do you know that Mal and I are part of the spell."

Ben rephrased the question.

"At Mal's Court Lady introduction, we thought it might be because of the kiss, but the confirmation came through Marlin."

Fairy Godmother told.

"What does Marlin have to do with it?"

Mal asked.

"I... I thought his magic was special, especially after his transformation into a dragon. I guess by now you must know that your mother was good friends with Agatha and that a lot of Maleficent's magic was learned from her...so...so...I... I."

Fairy Godmother wanted to tell the whole truth without feeling shame for her actions.

"Mom?"

Jane doubted nothing else, yet it was still unbelievable that her mother, an example of kindness, had been capable of such atrocities.

"I asked Marlin to make a dimension of magic in you."

Fairy Godmother confessed.

"So, it had nothing to do with helping me control my magic?"

Mal asked.

"No, Marlin measured and saw that you have extensive magic running through your body and that you were on a heavy overload."

"He drained your powers, that's why you were feeling so weak. Today the last drain would happen."

Colbi spoke to them.

"You were taking my magic away from me?"

Mal questioned them startled.

"Mal, you were on overload, it was the best thing for you."

"Wait, you said the last drain was going to be today, why didn't it happen?"

"He died."

The general said in cold blood, as if it was normal.

"You can't be... I don't believe you can be capable of that."

Carlos said as shocked as the others.

"So, for five years you've been trying to break us up?"
