Marinette's POV~
I can't believe I'm going to be late for the first day of school! I set my alarm and everything! I shouldn't have stayed up all night watching Taylor Swift era tour clips on youtube. My mom told me not to but I just couldn't help it. It's Taylor. Fucking. Swift.
But I am not excited for school today, I do not want to face Chloe and her bullying alone this year.
<Time skip, she's at school>
I have some time to spare, I need to find some sort of a hiding spot before Chloe gets to me.
Wait a damn minute....
WHY IS FELIX AGRESTE ATTENDING OUR SCHOOL, AND WHY IS HE APPROACHING ME?!?!?
"Hey, you." Felix says in a demanding manner.
"W-who... m-me..." I say, while stuttering my words out of fear.
"Yeah you, who else could I be talking to, dimwit?" Felix says.
"Hey! And who are you calling a dimwit, sir?" I said like the boss bitch I am, "Cus it sure aint me."
<Marinette crosses her arms and walks away>
I can't believe that man! The nerve! He can't just waltz into any place he chooses and treat others like their below him!!!
Oh my God. It's Chloe!
<Marinette runs into the bathroom at the sight of Chloe>
I just can't believe how cruel this world is! The rich pick amongst the poor, and it's unfair.
<Marinette turns on the faucet and splashes water onto her face>
Huh? What's this?
<Marinette picks up a pair of earrings that were laying on the bathroom floor>
I should find it's owner.
<Marinette reaches for the door knob but then a pink sparkle comes out of the earrings>
"AHHH!!!!" Marinette shouts.
"What is that thing!!!" Marinette yells.
"I'm a kwami! The kwami of creation, my name is Tikki!" Tikki says excitedly.
"A kwami," Marinette says, "what the hell is a kwami?"
"Kwamis are magical creatures that grant super powers to their owners, just say the magic words, to transform, Tikki spots on and Tikki spots off to detransform, But beware, once you put on these earrings on you can't take them off." Tikki says.
<Marinette stands there in shock>
"I know everything seems crazy but, you are the chosen one." Tikki says.
"And who do you know that I'm the chosen one?" Marinette asks in confusion.
"The earrings, Marinette, They lead me to you." Tikki says.
"How do you know my name?" Marinette says.
"I know everything and have seen everything! I was here since the creation of the world! I'm the oldest kwami." Tikki says.
"Wait.... There are more?" Marinette asks.
"Yes! Many more." Tikki says excitedly.
"Oh okay, but why are you here out of the blue?" Marinette says.
"The kwami of destruction and I sense that there is a miraculous being used with bad intentions." Tikki says.
"So put on your miraculous and save the world Marinette!" Tikki says.
"Alright, sense you're so convincing." Marinette says as she puts on the earrings.
"Is there anything else I should know about this kind of stuff?" Marinette says.
"Oh yeah! I forgot to mention, if you say lucky charm you are given an item to help you solve the problem at hand." Tikki says.
"Okay! Thank you, Tikki." Marinette says.
