As Purnima and Karna continued their journey to Kashi on way to Anga and Avantika, they shared many sweet moments together.
They would have meals together under the shade of trees, sharing stories from their childhood and dreams for their kingdoms.
Purnima would often recite poetry or play the flute, and Karna was captivated by the beauty of her words and tunes, feeling as if her verses could weave magic around them.
When they finally reached Kashi, the divine city embraced them with its spiritual aura.
Purnima and Karna stood in awe before the grand Kashi Vishwanath temple, feeling a sense of reverence as they entered its sacred premises. They offered their prayers together, seeking blessings for their families and kingdoms.
The pandit ji, who noticed their sincere devotion, blessed them, saying, "May the blessings of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati be with you on your noble journeys."
One morning, as the sun began to rise, Purnima noticed Karna standing by the riverbank, his hands folded in prayer towards the sun. His devoutness touched her heart. She watched as he gave alms to the needy, offering help to anyone who asked for it. An idea sparked in her mind - what if she asked for Karna himself?
But she kept her thoughts to herself, cherishing the purity of their friendship.
However, before she could contemplate further, they knew it was time to part ways. The thought of being separated tugged at their hearts, but they knew their duties called them back to their respective kingdoms.
The day of parting ways arrived, and as they bid farewell, Purnima presented Karna with a meaningful gift.
Purnima surprised Karna with a katar, a small sword, studded with jewels. "This belonged to my chote Mamashri Maharaj Pandu," she explained. "I know it will be in capable hands with you, Karna."
Karna was taken aback by the precious gift, but he accepted it with gratitude. "Thank you, Purnima. I will cherish it always, and it shall serve as a reminder of our time together."
