It was another Saturday morning for Finney Blake, well, except for the fact that a murderer is on the loose and already killed someone. He can't let that come over him though, he's suppose to go to a party with his friends later that night.

Ring! Ring!

He slightly jumped at the sudden ringing of his phone, it was Bruce, one of his best friends.

--

"Hello? Why'd you call?"

Code red! Code fucking red!” Bruce yelled over the phone.

"What?" Finney asked, obviously confused.

Hood is on the way to your apartment right now! I saw him walking the alley to your street!” Bruce exclaimed.

"Holy shit, Robin's coming?!" he yelled back.

Yes, yes!” Bruce yelled.

--

And with that, he was a gone man. He was making sure he looked great, he fixed his hair, his clothes, everything.

"The hell is wrong with you?" Gwen, his sister, asked with a raised eyebrow, "He's coming over!" Finney yelled, panicking. It's not like this was the first time Robin came over, but it alsocwasnt the first time that Finney freaked out. "Oh shit, he is?" Gwen replied with now wide eyes. "Good thing we don't live in that shithole anymore," Gwen muttered to herself.

By shithole, she means their house that they grew up in.

When Finn turned 17, they left the house and stayed at the Yamada's for awhile. The Yamada's were nice, they bought them an apartment of their own to live in and gladly payed for the general finances like electricity and water bill, but the two of them still took part time jobs. Robin, on the other hand, also helped them with personal expenses like groceries.

After a few minutes, there was a knock on their door. "Hey!" Finney exclaimed once he opened the door. Robin smiled at the other boy, "Holy shit, how did I only notice now that you've gotten taller than me," Finney stated, "Only by a few," Robin shrugged.

"Wanna come in?" Finney asked, moving to the side to let Robin in. Robin walked in, once they both made it to the couch where Gwen was also sitting.

"Holy shit, did you know Donna's dead?" Gwen exclaimed, turning her head to look at the two older boys with wide eyes. "You just found out now?" Robin asked, "Yeah, Gwen," Finney interfered, "You knew and didn't think you should tell me?" Gwen questioned, "Well you're the most updated person out of us three so we thought you knew already," Finney answered, turning to the TV.

"Damn, this murderer is brutal! It says they chopped off her hands and carved out her eyes!" Gwen exclaimed, "Wow, that is just..gruesome," Finney replied with horrors and shock in his voice, yet it was also monotoned. "I heard, according to the CCTV footages, the killer wears a ghostface mask, so that's what they're calling them, 'Ghostface'," Robin finally spoke.

Finney found it strange how Robin was barely talking. Usually, he would be the one to talk the most, but now he's oddly quiet. Who can blame him though? There's a loose murderer out in the wild.

"Hey, Finn," Robin called out, grabbing Finney's attention, "Hm?" Finney hummed, "Are you going to Vance's party tonight?" the, now, taller boy asked, "Mhm," Finney nodded, "Okay, should I pick you up?" Robin questioned, "Yeah, sure, if you want," Finney replied with a small smile. A smile only Robin has the power to bring out.
