Chapter 17: To catch a leaf(part-1)

The scene begins with a hiccup that shakes the area as it changes to the interior of pigsy noodles to reveal Mk hiccuping, which shakes the restaurant & everyone inside as pigsy lands on the ground,he quickly gets up.

"This is the worst case of hiccups I've ever seen. How'd it happen!?" Pigsy says with mild custody & annoyance while Tang continues eating his noodles as Mei places her arm over pigsy's shoulder.

"So,remember that time you told mk not to enter that meatball eating contest."Mei says with an uneasy tone as you appear from the background,giving them all a deadass stare.

"How are ya'll this goofy." You say this blankly to them as you sigh,Mk trys to say something but is immediately cut off by a ground shaking hiccup,you facepalm yourself.

"This is why I should've just gone there & not stayed at home...eating cereal." You murmur this under your breath,carrying a bowl of cereal out of nowhere.

"How do you-" Mei tries to question you about the sudden appearance of the bowl of cereal, but you cut her off abruptly.

"Magic." You say this calmly,doing jazz hands.

"Wuh-"

"No more answers." You say this blankly to mei as pigsy stares at you with a smoldering gaze.

"Y/N,get that out of my restaurant!" Pigsy yells at you,pointing at your bowl of cereal.

"No." You say this blankly with a sly smirk on your face as pigsy about to say something. He's abruptly cut off by another hiccup,which shakes the building once again,causing everyone except Y/N to flop to the ground abruptly as they then immediately get back up,dusting themselves off as Tang continues to eat noodles in a nonchalant manner.

"Mk,how much meatballs did you eat?" You say this calmly to the noodle boy,glancing at him as he chuckles awkwardly for a moment before abruptly hiccuping.

"Five-"

"Hundred?" You finish what Mk was about to say,leaving him dumdfounded for a moment.

"Yes,but how did you know?" Mk says this cheerfully to you with a confused expression on his face.

"That's a master's secret." You say this in a boastful tone to Mk as the noodle boy geeks out.

"THAT'S SO CO-!" Mk is abruptly hiccups again,shaking the noodle shop once more.

"Yep,pretty cool!...but we think those meatball we're...cursed." Mei say this somewhat awkwardly,sweatdropping a little as the picture of the lady in the picture shifts into a demon immediately afterward,you sigh as pigsy face shifts into one of immense annoyance,facepalming afterwards.

"Mk!,out of all of the thoughtless adventures you could think of you, this takes the cake!" Pigsy says this in a gruff tone with his arm crossed as Mei goes on to explain how she literally tried everything to fix Mk's hiccups, but it didn't as she trys to ask Tang for any suggestions on how to fix Mk's hiccups. You sit down on a chair,still eating your cereal.

"Welp,this is gonna boring... I wonder when Sandy's gonna be here-"

"Did someone say my name?" Sandy says this in a calm tone,appearing literally in front of you,everyone else screams in shock of his sudden appearance as you stare at him,giving him a deadass face as then abruptly go to the bathroom to change your pants,cus those things be looking mad brown.

You walk out of the bathroom, and your pants are now miraculously clean again as you have a blank expression on your face.

"Y/N,what we're you doing in the bathroom?" Mei asks this question with mild curiosity.

"You don't wanna know." You say this bluntly to her,sitting down on a chair as Sandy begins to talk about tea

"A special brew of tea perks me right up!" Sandy says this heartedly.

"Oh,sandy is in this one, I see?" Tang says this nonchalantly,staring at the fourth wall as you give him a sus look.

"Now,he's breaking the fourth wall?" Was the only thing that Y/N thought as he stared at tang.
