Missing your hugs
Wanting your kisses
Longing for your warmth
Ten months,
Excited to see you
Months more, and you're here
We'll be together again
Ten weeks,
It seems like years
I can't wait
Please be here
Ten days,
Can't sleep at night
It's too much excitement,
I can't help it
Ten hours,
Already at the airport
Still early,
But I'm eager to see you
Ten minutes,
I can see you already
Walking fast
Excited to hug me
Ten seconds,
You hug me slowly
Pain washed away
As our chain is connected again
