Chapter 19: Meeting the Others.

Yuki's Pov.

"Somehow I've got a feeling something really bad is gonna happen..." Lucy muttered, Arashi curled up on her lap sleeping. "And wait, why the heck am I included in this grand strategy, anyway?" Lucy had her hands on her head like she was terrified, bringing her knees up to her chest and she caused Arashi to wake up and look at her confused. I watched closely before resting my head back once more.

"I think this is a pain as well, don't you start complaining." Gray said from next to me, as we sat across from Lucy. He was leaning his elbow on his propped up knee opposite of me, so he was kinda close but I didn't mind to much. I mean, it's Gray, I'm around him so much that I kinda am used to having his company and with out it I just don't pay much attention to anything.... Wait, I didn't mean it like that! I just like having him around like Lucy likes having Natsu around... WAIT, I do not like Gray like Lucy likes Natsu!! Do I? I mean I'm pretty sure Lucy likes Natsu and Natsu likes Lucy... but do I like Gray? I enjoy his company and I like being around him...

Then during the harvest festival.... I kinda went mad with worry, then when I found him hurt I got so angry and felt like I was on fire.... and when I saw him with Juvia it felt like Natsu had lit my insides on fire... what are these feelings? Erza who was sitting against the wall towards the front of the wagon by herself looked at Natsu as he made noises of being sick. Erza was between me and Lucy and Natsu was across from Gray.

"This is the Master's decision." Erza said, but she caught a glance at me, and with that one look I knew. Shit, Master told her didn't he? Of course he did he must've and told her to watch out for me. "Do we not have a duty to live up to his expectations?" Erza asked looking at Lucy and Natsu now instead but I sighed closing my eyes. While I had my eyes closed I flinched as I felt something brush my ear, wait when did my cat ears appear? and whose messing with them??

I blinked open my eyes in confusion and saw Gray was touching them so I only closed my eyes again my tail waving side to side in.... enjoyment?

"But what about Gajeel and Juvia? They'd be so much better suited for a battle like this." Lucy stated as Happy sat in front, and I could hear Arashi get up and jump up with him.

"They're both busy with other work, though." Happy stated back and Natsu shrunk down, causing Gray to move closer to me to move out of his way.

"Are we still not there yet?" Natsu asked and I sighed.

"His weakness is transportation, mine is Water..." I whispered mostly to myself and sighed. "Bodies of Water." I added and I could feel goosebumps rise on my arms as I got scared, remembering a bit of the past, drowning and some dorky black haired kid saved me. I smiled slightly to myself as I tried to put a face with a memory but the memory scared me so much I couldn't. I saw Natsu looked like he was about to throw up and I sighed once more looking out the back of the wagon at the luggage.

"In the end, we're just the same old group as always..." Lucy said, with a slight comforting smile.

"Surely that's a good thing?" Erza questioned. "This is our first strategy meeting with the delegates from the other guilds. It's important that we have good relations within our own delegation."

"There it is, that's the meeting point!" Happy called from upfront, and I felt the hand leave my head so I turned towards Gray once more seeing he was looking away so when he started to look back, I quickly turned away so he didn't catch me looking. I'm stupid. I jumped off the wagon once we parked, and the others got out after me, so I quickly made my ears and tail disappear, Arashi jumping onto my head with a whine that sounded like a fox laugh. So cute, even though some might find it demonic.

I waited for the others and then we headed inside together, Lucy commenting on how it looked but I just looked around in the darkness. This villa belongs to Master Rob of Blue Pegasus? Oh crap this is got to be good then. As lights started to light up I saw a worried look on Gray's face.
