5. New Spider-Man Suit

Narrator POV

Peter wakes up and looks around. He see's himself in a new room, and he then remembers officially becoming an Avenger... or Spider-Man atleast.

Peter gets out of bed and checks his phone and finds a message from Ned.

Ned

Hey Peter. If your not busy, you wanna get some lunch today? My treat. Gwen and MJ are coming also.

Peter

Yeah, I'll head over. Usual place?

Ned

Yep.

Oh, and I got something for you. I have it back at the lab. You can have it as an early Birthday present.

See you later.

Peter puts down the phone to charge and grabs a shower.

"I wonder what Ned got for me".

After taking a 10 minute shower, he drys off and puts on music through his Bluetooth earphones and gets dressed.

Peter has on black pants, white Converse, with a white shirt under a blue plaided long sleeve, with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows.

He walks out of his room with his bagpack, and grabs his phone.

He leaves towards the kitchen tmand runs into Wanda.

"Hey Peter".

"Hey Wanda".

"You going somewhere?"

"Yeah. I'm gonna go pick up some stuff I left at home and grab some lunch with my friends".

"When you return, you wanna train together?"

Peter smiles.

"Yeah. Sounds good".

"Awesome. See you later".

Wanda walks off, with a smile.

Peter walks out of the Compound and heads towards Midtown.

After sometime, he changes into his Spider-Man suit and swings towards the apartment and finds it empty.

"May must be at work".

Peter grabs his skateboard and some more cloths, that he puts in an extra bagpack and he then leaves.

He makes it to an alleyway close to where he's gonna meet the others and changes out of his suit.

He walks in and finds everyone else.

"Hey Peter".

"Hey guys".

"Tells us. How are the Avengers in person?", asks Ned.

"I'm curious also", says Gwen.

"They're fine. I haven't met War Machine yet, but I did met everyone else".

"Cool. What's it like there?", asks MJ

"It's amazing. They're all nice and easy to get along with".

"Oh, by the way, I made some more Web Cartidges for your Web Shooters". Says Ned.

"Thanks bro, and what is this early Birthday gift you got me?"

Ned smiles.

"You're gonna like it, and it's a suprise".

"I saw it, you are gonna love it Peter". Says MJ

Gwen nods.

"After we eat, I wanna see it".

"Sounds good".

The waiter comes over and takes their orders.

An Hour Later

A door opens up and in come Peter, Ned, MJ and Gwen.

MJ closes the door as Gwen turns on the lights to show a Spider-Man themed Lab.

Peter finds a covered mannequin.

"Peter, I wanna say, this was our idea. We put this together while we were on our vacation gone wrong". Says Ned

Peter rolls his eyes, remembering that horrible vacation.

"We love you Peter, we're family. We wanted to put something together for you". Says Gwen

"Now, be amazed at our awesomeness". Says MJ.

Peter see's Ned take off a cover and a mannequin reveals a new Spider-Man suit.

"Woah".

"Oh yeah. Gwen and MJ designed it, and I made it come to life. A New suit for Spider-Man to stand out while being an Avenger". Says Ned

Peter touches the suit.

"Nice new logo".

"You should take it out for go". Suggests MJ

"That's a good idea. You should". Says Gwen.

"I am. Ain't no way I'm gonna miss the chance".

An Hour Later

Spider-Man exits lab after spending time with MJ, Gwen and Ned. The three friends left home to spend tune with their families.

Peter on the other hand decided to go on patrol, with the new suit of course. The old suit was left in the lab.

Peter jumps off the building, onto the windows of another building and jumps away.

He lands on another buildings before he jumps again and lands his hands on the edge of another building.

While in the air, he uses his webs to grab hold of another building and glides along the edges and jumps off.

He catches himself before hitting the road and swings away.

While near the ground, he touches the pavement for a few seconds before webbing upwards to miss the on coming traffic.

"New Suit. Same old Me!"

He swings away and starts his patrol for the day.
