No one pov:
Six years past, and Y/n hasn't gotten used to their new life as Tommy and just wants to go back home. Today is the day that Wilbur will take Tommy to Esempi so they can have their own adventure. When Wilbur told Y/n this, it had left a bitter taste in their mouth. Staying up all night, Y/n tried to think of a plan to weasel their way out of going to Esempi and meeting Dream. Yet they came up blank when they tried to think of a plan, Y/n outside of the SIB family has already met a few other SMP member a year before this, like Niki who is Wilbur's friends and Tubbo. Despite how kind the two are, Y/n could only remember the betrayal and pain they will cause Tommy.

So it's hard to form a connection to them, Y/n will only entertain Wilbur by trying to act like Tommy, but it's absolutely exhausting most days. Now, meeting more members it made Y/n question what they should do as they want to live, but they want to be Y/n, not Tommyinnit, a child soldier. So months before Y/n's birthday, they tried to have everyone call them Y/n as a nickname, but it didn't work as no one had acknowledged the name before using other nickname that they would call Tommy.

Y/n pov:
'What to do, what to do, tomorrow is my birthday and the day we start our journey to the Esempi kingdom.'

Picking at the fingerless gloves that Wilbur got me, pacing around in my room, I try to think logically on how this nightmare could be avoided if I convince Wilbur not to go. Yet, for some reason, I couldn't as I knew in this story we were all connected to each other in some way. "Tommy, are you awake?" Freezing in my spot, I glared at the door, staying silent for a moment before responding. Yelling in a whisper voice, I answered Tubbo's question. "Yes, I'm awake. Tubbo, do you need anything?" Without answering the ram, the hybrid opens the door and runs over to me with a smile. I didn't return it and gently pushed Tubbo off after he hugged me. If he was hurt by me rejecting his hug, Tubbo didn't say anything.

Years of watching this irl Tubbo play minecraft and other games you'd think I'd be happy to receive a hug from his character. It all just felt wrong. "Niki is making you a cake downstairs! She said we could help her bake it!" Nodding my head, I let Tubbo drag me downstairs into the kitchen where Niki was getting everything ready. "Hello boys, are you here to help me make the cake?" Tubbo had nodded immediately, and I just let out a small shrug. "I'm just getting everything ready. Can you go outside and get me some milk and eggs?"

Me and Tubbo agreed and ran outside to go get the eggs and milk from the small farm we had outside. Splitting up, I went to go milk the cow, Tubbo went to get the eggs. Before I even started to milk our cow, Tubbo could be heard screaming with anger clucking following. "Ugh, how the hell is that kid one of the key elements in Tommy's trauma?" Shaking my head, I focused on my task, I grabbed a bucket and started to milking the cow.

As the bucket filled up, I listened to the mini war Tubbo was having with the chicken. Hearing a door bang open and a male scream follow, Wilbur must have gone outside to help Tubbo. Taking no more than a minute, I finished and slowly walked out of the barn. "Huh, I wonder how I keep forgetting about you..." Passing the cows' water hole, my reflection was clear as day and a bit glitchy along with my username that floated above my head saying Y/n. No one could see it, and I was the only one to have it.

'Even this world knows I don't belong here, so why is it allowing me to stay? Is it because Tommy isn't here? Am I just like a placeholder for another story? I wish someone could answer my questions...'

??? Pov:
"Hmm, so they want to know the truth of this curse? What do you think Boss, should we 'help' this poor lost soul?" Looking back to my boss, they already seemed bored, but nodded to my suggestion. Beaming I quickly went to gather everything we may need for this special case.

"Make sure to grab everything and not forget three things like you always do. We need to be professional, not have clients run around the world for things we could have already had on hand."

Pouting, I looked at the boss and jusr grumbled how it made it more fun to watch the client suffer. Though doing as told, I made sure to gather everything we may need to help the soul.

'At least this will still be interning, souls like that don't pop up like they used to let alone all glitched out.'
