-Rain's POV-
After morning classes were over, Sky and I found ourselves walking around the hallway to the library. We set out to look for P'Phayu in various places P'Pai told us we would most likely find him but seemed like he disappeared in thin air today.
We walked inside the library and found an empty seat at the secluded corner of the room. It was filled with people but it was quite like usual, nobody wants to mess with the peevish librarian. I slumped my head on the table and sighed. Will I ever make this revenge plan succeed? I whispered to myself.
"Hang in there na, we'll find and talk to him later, don't lose hope yet. It's still the first day after all, I'm sure we'll figure something out." Sky spoke as if reading my thoughts.
It was supposed to make me feel better but instead, I sighed again. "I don't know Sky."
"Come on, you're not giving up are you?"
I thought for some time. "I won't." I said. "Sam and his new girlfriend kept on bugging me more. If I succeed in talking to P'Phayu about this then that solves my problem of getting rid of those two."
It's true. I keep on seeing them everywhere I go these past few days. As if they are trying to annoy me on purpose.
Sky gave me a nod and we sat quietly for a while, letting my thoughts consume me. I was about to rest my eyes when Sky shook me forcefully.
"Rain! Rain!" He tried to exclaim quietly.
I got up and looked at the person he was pointing his finger to. Oh shit! Walking through the door was P'Phayu and his friends. I saw them make their way to the table, two rows away from us.
"Now is your chance! You need to talk to him!" Sky said in a hushed tone.
He was right but my heart was beating so hard against my rib cage for no reason. I was nervous to talk to him.
"I know Sky! But how?" I asked. Everything P'Pai taught me about how to approach P'Phayu disappeared from my memory and I have no sign of relocating them soon. My head was in a total state of mental block as I watched him grab his books and laptop as his friends started to read books and take notes around him. He had his glasses on, hair tied back into his usual man bun. Two buttons of his white polo shirt remained undone. He looked stunning as everyone claimed him to be. Actually no, he is even better than the words they used to describe him.
"Stop staring and go talk to him already! So we can start the first phase of our plan!"
"I know! But I don't know how!"
"Just go there and talk to him!"
"That's embarrassing!"
We bickered quietly. I looked around and saw some of the students looking weirdly at us. Peeking at us through their text book opened in front of them. I shot them a quick apologetic look before turning back to Sky who was still keeping an eye on P'Phayu to make sure he didn't go anywhere unnoticed.
I tried to think of a plan to talk to him. Should I go in there and greet him? Tell him to come with me to somewhere private? Ask him there directly? I let my thoughts run wild, when I noticed him rise from his seat and walk to the secluded shelf behind us. Now is my chance! I yelled in my mind. I quickly stood up and followed him, keeping a good distance so he wouldn't notice I was tailing him. I saw him stop by at the shelf of old encyclopedias in the corner of the room. He was scanning through those old dusty books as I tried to look unnoticed, skimming through old, dusty books despite my dust allergies, when all of the sudden I felt my nose tingle. Shit! I'm about to sneeze! I quickly tried to hold it back with no avail. I sneezed. Quietly loudly that it got P'Phayu's attention. Shit! I'm screwed! He flashed me a grin and boy, it made me feel my beating heart once again.
