Character Description

Charlie: 5'7" skinny, slender build. Dark brown wavy hair neatly combed to the right. His eyes are a warm hazel shade, with a birthmark on the right side of the collarbone. No pimples are visible, but a few freckles are scattered around his nose and cheeks. He is a curious introverted boy, who struggles with socializing with other people, mostly strangers. Often engages in sarcastic comments and is quiet at most times. He likes to spend his time reading, rather than going outside. He doesn't hate physical exercise but just prefers to be left indoors. He speaks in short sentences, he is a socially awkward kid and gives sarcastic and witty replies to comments. He is also a logical thinker and doesn't like to get his emotions in the way. He is viewed as a smart and astute boy by Mr. Chamberlain, and discreet with his words from Mrs. Chamberlain, people see him as a mature teenager, different than all the other kids. Emily portrays him as a protective older brother who is always trying to stop her from doing fun stuff because he cares about her a lot. In fact, Emily is pretty much the only thing Charlie cares for in this world, and he will do anything to keep her safe.
