Asli opened her eyes the next morning, a smile gracing her lips when she felt his arms around her body. He held her all night, occasionally tightening his arms to make sure she was still beside him. He was still asleep, snoring softly. She traced a finger along her his cheek and cupped it in her hand, feeling the stubble poking her palm.
She gave him a kiss on his forehead and carefully pulled herself out of his grip, replacing herself with a couple of pillows. He pulled the pillows against his chest and stilled.
She climbed off and freshened up, pulling out a modest dress to go out in. She didn't wake him up. It had been a while since they both slept properly.
Her stomach grumbled, and she reluctantly ate a small snack before leaving. She asked a guard to order a carriage for her and told him to take her to Caine's house.
She knocked on the door and waited, looking around patiently. The door opened a crack with Christine face partially visible. She frowned, quickly opening the door. "Asli? Is everything okay?"
"Um, yes. I wanted to speak to you about some things." She mumbled shyly.
"Come in." She ushered.
"Ah, Asli. You just interrupted Christine's dick appointment."
Asli felt her cheeks heat and looked at Christine, who had a similar expression but looking at Asli apologetically. "I'm sorry. I'll come back later." She turned around quickly but was stopped by Christine tugging on her arm.
"No, darling. Don't listen to this imbecile." She scolded gently before turning around and giving Caine a sweet smile.
"Caine." She said lovingly.
"Yes, baby?" He replied, wrapping his arm around her waist and pulling her closer.
"Get out." She said flatly, shoving him away from her and taking Asli up to their bedroom, leaving Caine hot for her.
"I'm so sorry. I can really come back later?" She offered, but Christine tutted at her.
"Don't be silly. Caine's just being a pain. What did you want to talk about?" She asked a little concerned.
Aslis cheeks reddened as she hesitantly asked Christine about some personal things. Christine gave her all the advice that she needed and convinced Asli to spend the day out with her so that she could learn more about her surroundings and what things were offered here. Asli hadn't left the house to explore ever since she had arrived to Hell. To her surprise, it wasn't as terrifying as she had expected, and they did have fun and tried different kinds of food.
Meanwhile, Samael woke up to an empty bed. He would've hoped she stayed in with him, but she was nowhere in the castle. He waited for hours, but she hadn't returned and she didn't tell him where she was going.
Whilst Asli was getting ready to leave, there was a knock on the door. Christine opened the door to see Samael standing outside. He immediately let himself in, looking at Asli with a hint of anger. She walked up to him, smiling innocently. He couldn't even stay mad at her anymore. He leaned down, placing his hand on the side of her face, pressing his lips to hers. "Okay, love birds, get a room. I have business to take care of." Said Caine walking in. "Don't you dare Caine." Warned Christine, walking backwards.
"Come here, my little Angel." He grinned, creeping up to her. She ran up the stairs screaming, and he followed instantly.
Samael and Asli looked at each other, both finding the current situation hilarious and awkward.
"Shall we?" He asked, and Asli nodded, grabbing his arm as they left, closing the door behind them. Their walk home was silent, but they were both happy.
