*Ring, ring, ring!!*

..

.

Your phone had been ringing for a while apparently, you attempted to sleep through it though it became harder and harder the longer it rang.

After around four or five more rings you finally got up from your couch where you had been sleeping and went to the phone. You sat down in the chair beside the phone and picked it up with a tired sigh.

(S): "Oh! You finally picked up! Yipee!!! Hey, Julie the neighbor answered us!"

(Y/N): "Did...you two need something?"

(S): "Yup! You bet we did!"

(Y/N): "..well then?"

(S): "Weeellllll...me and Julie here wanted you to come over and help with our play! We're supposed to be putting it on tonight and Julie's a bit nervous..so could ya'?!"

(Y/N): "I suppose.."

(S): "YAY! Well then be here in 20!"

*Clink!*

You set the phone down with a slightly annoyed chuckle, these two always knew how to inturupt your peaceful days of rest, huh?

You sat up from the chair, walking to your bedroom and straightening up some, putting all of your art supplies up from before and making your bed. You tied your hair up (SORRY) and put on your favorite outfit, along with your favorite pair of shoes before heading out. You exited your bedroom, grabbing your keys off the table before closing the door and walking to the front door, opening it and leaving. You locked the door behind you and began your walk to where you assumed you were supposed to go, Sally's house.

...

*Knock, knoc-*

You weren't even able to knock the second time before the door slung open and Sally grabbed your wrists, pulling you inside with a laugh, Julie and Sally both hugging you tight, giggling. Their laughs, as annoying as they were, were adorable and very contagious.
You chuckled at them, giving them a whick squeeze before they both let go, Sally taking your hand.

(S): "C'mon, we're gonna' put on the play for you!"

(J): "Yeah! You're going to love it!!"

They lead you to a large, dark room with many seats in it. 'I didn't even know her house was this big what..' Once you three arived in the room, Julie pointed to one of the seats before giggling and rushing up the stairs behind the curtain of the stage. You were left alone to wait for them to start, while you waited in silence Wally stuck his head out of thw curtain and waved, smiling at you with his silly little cat grin.

(W): "Hello, neighbor.."

(S): "Wally, seriously?? Get back here!"

(W): "Sorry, sorry!"

That was the last you heard of them, besides a few giggles and wheels spinning, also Julie talking about how nervous she was feom behind the curtain. That was, until the curtains finally opened up.

(S): "Ahem! Welcome one, welcome all!...er, well...welcome neighbor! This play will surely blow your socks off!....Oh... your..not wearing any.. uhhh Whatever! It will blow your mind!"

The play lasted a good hour, but it was honestly so worth it. Julie had a singing act with Wally and Sally did most of the acting. Wally was mostly a back character but he did trip and fall once which was pretty funny. You told him to do that again during the actual play and he embarrassingly agreed. Sally and Julie looked absolutely amazing, especially while they sung..like angels.

By the end, Sally and Julie were the only ones on the stage, both out of breath and standing in their finishing stance, then bowing to the nonexistent croud. In that moment, sure, it was just the three of you, but it felt like there was nobody else in the entire world besides the three of you as you looked up at them.

After a few seconds, the curtains closed and they both came down the stairs, a bit sweaty but still beautiful either way. You Immediately stood up going over to the two with a big smile on your face.

(Y/N): "You two were amazing!..And you two Wally. But Your singing was perfect! I'm real proud of you two, really I am."

(S): "Aw, shucks... your gonna' make me blush!"

(J): "I already am, Uhm! Anyways! Thank yiu neighbor, it really means a lot for you to say that!"

Sally nodded along with Julie's words, you chuckled and patted their heads. Afterwards the three of you...and Wally..all went and got some ice cream and spent the rest of the day just chilling. After a few hours, the three had to go in order to get ready for the actual play tomorrow. They gave you an early access ticket so that you could enter before it starts and wish them goodluck..
