"Donnie! You said he was close! It's been 10 minutes?!" Leo grunted as the three turtles and rat ran across rooftops, "that's because it isn't far! We're less than a minute away now!" Donnie said as he jumped off a roof and landed on a metal staircase, quickly running up it whilst his brothers and sensei follow.
"It says he on this very building," Donnie said and began to run up as fast as he could. Raph had a displeased look on his face, "You okay Raph?" Leo asked, "I feel like crawling would be faster... MAN Mikey's getting to my head!" Raph said as he went down on all fours and began to quickly run up the stairs, the brothers and sensei look at each other before following Raph's actions.

(Sorry not sorry. Felt the urge to do this for no reason in particular)

Once they reached the last floor there was a ladder leading to the roof, Raph waited for the rest of his family to get there before climbing up the ladder and freezing, "Mikey!" Raph quickly broke out of his trance and ran to help aid his brother.
Michelangelo laid there on his plastron, passed out on the floor inside of his own vomit and blood. Raph wanted to hurl just at the mere sight and smell but there was no time. His brother needed him.
"Mikey!" Raph dragged Mikey out of the mess and flipped him over, the youngest's cheek was covered in the disgusting liquid, this time Raph couldn't help but gag and look away. Leo and Donnie raced to Mikey and Raph, only to end up having the same reaction. "A-anyone bring a towel or tissue?" Leo asked, "I do." Donnie said and took out some tissue he bought in his medic box, after putting on some homemade gloves he hesitantly moved forward and began to clean Mikey. Splinter stared at Mikey's state, "he seems to have cuts and rashes on the corners of his mouth." Splinter squinted, Donnie looked and frowned before changing his gloves to new ones and opening his little brother's mouth and gasping, "T-there's cuts and ulcers everywhere-" Donnie gasped, "Let me see my son." Splinter bent down and looked inside, "oh no..." Splinter's ears faltered. Quickly the rat dad's fingers were placed near Mikey's windpipe and he waited, "There's still a pulse." Splinter then took out the cream and antibiotics Donnie had made. The second youngest gasped as the two oldest looked at each other with confusion and desperation. "Raphael, lift up Michelangelo, Leonardo, remove Michelangelo's mask from his neck. Donatello, are there any side effects to these?" Splinter sternly asked as the two oldest did as told.
"Side effects? No not when I did it..." Donnie answered, their conversation being interrupted by the sound of gagging. Raph and Leo had their heads turned away and that was because of a big, red pulsating spot on the back of Mikey's neck. "T-the bite-?" Leo gagged. Splinter put on some gloves and took the cream in his fingers, he lowered his index and middle finger towards the spot before suddenly- "WAIT-?!" Everyone froze.

Donnie rummaged through his medical bag before pulling out some of the mutagen he was newly researching. He put some in the cream and mixed it together with a special spoon. "Put new gloves on and then try it." Donnie gave Splinter new gloves.
Splinter hesitantly picked up some more cream, this time it was almost a neon green. And gently placed it on the spot, spreading the cream around, Splinter could feel the pulsating and warmth coming from the spot. But he tried his best to ignore the horrid feeling.
"Now we need to get him back to my lab immediately!" Donnie said as he began to pack up, Leo grabbed Mikey's legs and Raph took Mikey's shoulder after wrapping his youngest's brothers mask around his arm, "Let us go my son's" Splinter said, his sons nodded and ran off.
