"Do you think they'll be able to do it..? It is a difficult task.." Mikey mumbled, playing with the tails of his mask, Donnie turned to his younger brother and sighed, "we have to trust them. And we have to trust this will work.." the only response given was silence as Mikey stared at the floor of the ceiling he sat on, Donnie looked down, "I know. It's scary. I'm scared too, Mikey." Donnie reached out to comfort him but quickly retracted when he remembered what happened to the pizza.
"We're too young and beautiful to die! I mean- look at my cute adorable face." He pouts, Donnie couldn't help but quirk a smile, "you goofball." He sighed. He couldn't help but appreciate the little things now knowing their lives were at steak.
They sit there in silence for a few moments before suddenly a bright light shone from the core, knocking Mikey and Donnie onto their shells in surprise, it lasted only a moment as they were soon able to sit up with groan, "I shouldn't have eaten that pizza." Mikey groaned as he threw up and it got absorbed by the core. Donnie cringed before lifting his head up, "Mikey, look! There's a beam going into the core." Donnie pointed. Mikey looks up and gasped at the bright light, "woah..."
Donnie looked around, floating as he traced his hands over the intricate designs, "I don't feel so good." Mikey groaned, Donnie had to admit, his organs felt heavy but his body felt light, not a pleasant feeling, "I know, Mikey... just hold on." Donnie says as he then floated to the doors again, their only means of escape and tried to pry it open, "hey, come here and help me out. I'll do one door, you do the other." The older turtle instructed, Mikey floated down and grabbed one door, on the count of three they both began to pull. But no luck.

They both sigh, the tubes in their mouth float slightly and they make sure it's strapped down and doesn't exit their mouths. Suddenly a loud bang caused both turtles to crash into the window without breaking it, they groan groggily, their bodies aching at the blast, a second beam now on the core, "try now!" Donnie urged, they both pull on the door despite the pain in their body.
But no luck.

Mikey looked up at Donnie in panic and Donnie shared the same luck, "I'm so sorry.." he whispered, Mikey wanted to hug him so bad but shakes his head, "it's okay bro.." he smiled, "we tried." Suddenly the core began to get smaller, and smaller, struggling to condense all the energy inside of it, sucking in everything around them, the turtle began to float towards the core.
They both look at each other in fear. Mikey looked around and grabbed his nunchuck which has been attached to his belt the whole time and threw it at a leverage, the nunchuck wrapped around it, keeping Mikey secure from the gravitational pull, "Donnie!" Mikey reached out, the purple masked turtle grabbed his Bō and reached out for Mikey, the youngest grabbed the Bō and pulled up despite it slowly turning into liquid, Donnie pushed himself up and Mikey let go of the Bō, reaching out for his brother.

Pain. Mikey and Donnie yell in excruciating pain through their arms as it began to melt away, their skin, muscle, suddenly the core began to eat up and melted the windows, the difference in gravity from outside the room to the inside forcing Mikey's and Donnie's bodies through it.
The two roll on the ground, whining in pain before standing up, only a small amount of their muscles on their limp arm, blood scattered around them, "Donnie!" Mikey tried to stand up, Donnie groans in pain, this wasn't just any normal pain, "Donnie!" Mikey screamed, they both make eye contact before standing up weakly, "we have to get out of here!" Donnie shouted through tears as the pressure around them got heavier and their ears ring. They both run as fast as they can, with his good arm Mikey threw his only nunchuck at a window and they both jump. They land on the ground and began to jump through the tense air as they tried to make their way to the portal as fast as they could. As they did they spotted kraang's exploding from the pressure change or slowly dying, their escape pods completely out of use. They make it to the portal just in time as it was about to close, they jump through and it shut. Leaving the planet to explode and obliterate.
