the sunken ship in the desert

a mighty ship once sailed the seven seas,
it has traveled far and wide
even conquering the highest waves
harshest storms
cold winters,
and scorching summer
its captain and crew
trust the ship so much.

they always take care of it
sweeping the floor,
polishing the railings,
painting its doors.

one day, the mighty ship's anchor suddenly dropped while they were sailing in the middle of the sea,
"i can't do this anymore," the ship said to the captain.
"why? you are the mightiest ship of the seven seas; what do you mean?"
"yes, that is true, however, i am tired, and i need to go."
"but where are you going?"
"i am going back home, to the ocean's floor. to whom where i truly belong."

at once, the ship sailed to the shore and left the sailors
the mighty ship once sailed, but this time, alone,
the powerful ship rode the highest wave, and the ship let the wave crash into it.
alas, the mighty ship sunk.

it sunk
and sunk
and sunk
until it reached the ocean's floor
"now i am home. i can rest in peace."

many years later, the sea lost its waters, and it became a desert
the ship can still be seen today; it is resting in its place at peace.
