**This recipe contains alcohol**
Ingredients:
1 liter of rosé wine
8 dried figs
2 dried almonds
1 small glass of eau de vie
1 vanilla pod
200 grams of sugar
2 glasses of water
Directions:
Soak the figs in rosé wine for 10 days. Strain the mixture.
Melt the sugar in a little bit of water over low heat, add the filtered preparation and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix well then add water brandy, vanilla and almonds.
Let rest for a month.
Filter again before pouring it into a bottle and let it age for a while in the fridge before serving.
