An average work shift for Misa was like any other, 5 to 9, but that would all change today since it was Misa's 18th birthday and she will now be able to work over 10.
Snapping out of her trance as she saw a piece of paper placed in front of her by her manager. She tugged her earphones out of her ear and began to hear the murmurs of the staff once again.
"This month's schedule?" She asked, holding the paper up and examining it.

"What gives? I'm literally the show host, I can't know who the special guest is?" Misa looks up at him manager and cocks an eyebrow.
He rolls his eyes. "Well, maybe if you knew how to keep a secret we'd tell you," he says before snatching the paper from her hand. "We can't have another incident like last time."
She scoffs in response.
Well, they weren't exactly completely wrong. She had a history of spoiling idol comebacks since she started the show, but at least she was able to get out of those situations due to her management.
"And Somi's coming back on the show?" Misa furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. "Did she have a comeback she didn't tell me about?"
"Misa, it's your 18th birthday and she has a song titled, Birthday. I'll let you put those pieces together yourself." He says as he arranges multiple papers on the table in front of them. "Your hair is in 5, you better get going."
Getting up from her chair, she doesn't miss a chance to mock him. "I'll let you put those pieces together yourself," she mimics in a deep voice and sprinting out of the room before she gets lectured from her manager.
Misa sits infront of a mirror on her phone right after getting her hair done for tonights show.
"BOO!"
She gets startled by an all too familiar voice behind her before swatting the person's hands off of her.
"Somi, I swear you are such a child," Misa says before turning her chair around to face the blond. She then sees her friend red with laughter after getting a reaction of the girl.
"Woah! You turn 18 and suddenly call people children," Somi teases, taking a seat next to her. "Were you shocked to have me on for today?" She says with a big grin.
"Shocked? More like fucking devastated," Misa says with a scoff, joking around with the blond.
Misa and Somi have been good friends since Somi had first been on the show. They've gotten close throughout the years, leading them to become more like sisters.
"Well whether you like it or not, today's the day I serenade you for your 18th birthday!"
"Yay." Misa sarcastically responds before proceeding with makeup. "When's your next comeback anyway? You're gonna be promoting a 2-year old song what gives?"
Somi scoffs, "yeah like I'd tell you after the last time I told you."
"I'M JUST A KID! WHY IS EVERYONE AGAINST ME ON THAT!"
