Only the sound of blowdryers and staff murmurs could be heard within the room as Boy Next Door got ready in Stand By Me's dressing-room. As they were almost done getting ready, finishing touches were made with the hair and make-up crew.
"This feels unreal," Woonhak says as his makeup is retouched. "We are really going to be on Stand By Me!" He exclaimed loudly, moving a bit.
"Woonaki, keep still."
"Sorry," Woonhak apologized to his make-up artist. "By the way, Sungho Hyung," Woonhak called out to his member beside him, who was also getting his makeup retouched. "What happened to Misa-nim's flowers?"
Before heading to the Stand By Me building, the group decided to get the young host flowers as a thank you and a gift for her eighteenth birthday. They all decided on white roses to highlight her youthfulness.
"I gave them to the staff, apparently she wasn't here yet." Sungho responded back.
"It's still pretty early, the show starts in two more hours," Taesan replied as he walked up to them with his hair and makeup fully done.
Taesan scanned the dressing-room for a moment, seeing Woonhak and Sungho on the vanity chairs while the rest laid on the couch on their phones. He decided to join those on the couch, sitting next to Jaehyun who was taking selfies.
"Taesan! Don't these glasses suit me?" Jaehyun excitingly asks before showing him pictures he had taken on his phone.
"Sure."
Unsatisfied with Taesan's response, Jaehyun put his phone down and sulked. With that, Riwoo patted Jaehyun's back, comforting him.
"I wonder if Misa-ssi remembers me from school," Leehan mentioned, which was all he could think about at the moment.
Suddenly, there was a knocks at the dressing-room door followed by a small voice.
"Hello? Can I come in?" A familiar voice called out from the otherside.
All of them froze for a moment, not saying anything. Taesan made eye contact with Jaehyun for a quick moment, seeing Jaehyun's eyes wide and surprised. Although Misa was around their age, she was a very well-known celebrity throughout all of Korea. They were all starstruck at the moment.
"Yes, you can!" Sungho broke the silence.
With that, all the members stood up to greet the girl as the door creaked open, even Woonhak was in the middle of getting his makeup done.
