He doesn't have a name, quite yet. But I have his weapon data down.
His twin swords are called Kage, and Hikaru. (Dark and Light in Japanese) Forged by the Gods themselves to aid in this man's quest.
His gun is a Mark I Prototype Interchangable Pistol, or PIP for short. What makes it unique is that he can change it into different weapons. Like an assault rifle, SMG, Shotgun, Sniper Rifle, and even a grenade launcher.
His armour is reinforced Kevlar, with some parts made of reinforced Tungsten. (The head and chest areas are made of it) underneath the armour is a thick latex, which can survive a few cute before tearing. The cloak can make him glide, or hide him in the shadows.
