As the group of animals and Alex were catching their breath after the intense ordeal with Pebbles, the lights in the aquarium suddenly flickered and then went out completely. The entire exhibit was plunged into darkness, with only the dim glow of emergency lights providing any illumination.

At first, the group assumed it was a power outage, but then they heard a strange, eerie sound coming from the direction of Izzy's exhibit. It sounded like a low, mournful wail, sending chills down their spines.

Without hesitation, Alex and the animals sprang into action, running towards Izzy's exhibit. When they arrived, they were horrified to find the seal floating motionless in the water, her eyes staring blankly into the darkness.

Alex immediately checked the water quality, but it was clear that something else was wrong. The other animals circled around, their eyes wide with fear and confusion.

They couldn't explain what had happened to Izzy. The tank appeared to be intact, and there was no sign of any injuries or trauma. But something had clearly gone wrong.

As they stood there, trying to make sense of the situation, they suddenly heard a strange scratching sound coming from the walls of the exhibit. It sounded like something was trying to claw its way through the concrete.

The group huddled together, hearts racing as the scratching sound grew louder and more frantic. They were trapped in the exhibit with no way to escape.

Just then, the emergency lights flickered, and the power came back on. The group looked around, relieved to have some light, but what they saw next filled them with terror.

Etched into the walls of the exhibit were strange, cryptic symbols and messages, as if someone had carved them into the concrete with a sharp object. The messages were written in a language none of them recognized.

They knew then that they were dealing with something far beyond their understanding. They had no idea what had happened to Izzy, or what was causing the strange events at the aquarium. But one thing was clear - they were all in danger, and they had to act quickly if they were going to survive.
