The boy had wished for a world with no pain, no rejection, and no feelings of being hurt/ betrayed. So many times he had heard that he was unwanted. So many times he had been told that he was the problem, he caused the near of third impact, he was beaten, he was caged to cell like a feral animal, and strap with a bomb in his neck. He hated all of it and wish all the pain and suffering from his life to leave him. It would have been better to not get involved in the world problems. So that he could no longer feel the pain in his heart all the rejection. And it was all that damn Robot fault, the yellow eyes that haunt him in his dreams. He wanted to feel alone again.
And he had gotten his wish
Now there was nothing, No Life, No sound, No pain, And No suffering. Except for his own. He wish for a world without pain and Suffering, and that Robot no that Devil granted his wish by destroying the planet. But now he felt the sheer amount of loneliness weighing down on him like a fiery cross of an angel. All he had ever wanted, really was love. To love someone, and to be loved in return.
He could never have that now, because everything was gone. So many times since waking up in this world of the Devil creation, He didn't now when the planet going to die, everyday waking up all he could feel is earthquakes in every part of the world, the destroyed cities getting flooded by the sea of red, the sea of blood, he always thought of ending it. there was plenty of ways. go under one of the rubble and hope the vibration of the earthquake makes the building on top of him to kill him, he could also jump from one of the ruin building and fall to his death, and he could certainly just jump in to the flooded city and hope to drown. But he didn't, and he hated himself for not being able to do so. Everyone was dead, so why should he not be so as well?
But the fact of it all was because he can't until that Devil is dead. When it all came down to the most important moment of the last battle, he had frozen at the sight of the one person that he cared the most being torn apart by the Devil that used to be the hope of mankind, Mazinger Z, when he saw her cockpit in the hands of the beast, he had lost his will. There was nothing left for him. No hope. No future. All he had wanted to do was escape the pain, but there was no way out. Mazinkaiser was damaged badly by Mazinger Z or what it's calling himself as Mazinger ZERO. The darkness of his own soul had been laid bare before him as lilith had risen from her confinement in the form of his sister, Rei Ayanami.
And even then he had taken one person away from himself when he had awakened from his stupor and destroyed lilith before he could be fully absorbed into the collective mass of souls within her. Her head now rested in the red sea, an eerie and creepy smile forever on her face.
He did not know how long it had been since his descent to the destroyed the earth after killing him, Mazinkaiser damaged badly. There was no sun, nor was there a moon, Therefore there was no real sense of time. He did not feel hungry, or Tired nor did he feel the need to relieve himself of bodily waste. Whatever he had done, he felt that even if he did attempt to try and defeat Mazinger ZERO he always lose, and Mazinkaiser getting damage every single day each time getting worse.
As time went by maddeningly slow for the Pilot of Mazinger Z or rather now The pilot of Mazinkaiser. he spent it running away from the Devil that is after him the original pilot of Mazinger ZERO. Mazinkaiser photon core getting weaker and weaker. But screw it if Mazinkaiser Photon power core is getting weaker and weaker every time he fights then let finish this with a bang. And this is now...
"PHOTON POWER BEAM"
Yellow eyes glow from the smoke as it shoots beam after beam pointing to the robot that was taller and bulkier then the robot that attack. The beam Hitting its arms before moving it aside the robot has a color of black and white its grill of a mouth open its yellow eyes have irises that could melt any human alive.
"WHAT HAVE I TOLD YOU SHINJI?"
The sentient robot talk to him, blocking all the attacks Mazinkaiser shot at him "That you're a sentient robot bastard" Shinji replied with hate controlling Mazinkaiser to to punch Mazinger ZERO. The sentient robot chuckled "YOU HAVE NO CHANCE AGAINST ME HUMAN, MAZINKAISER PHOTON POWER CORE IS ALMOST OUT WHY CAN'T YOU JUST BE MY PILOT AGAIN, FOR OLD TIMES SAKE" Zero replied, walking slowly to Mazinkaiser.
"SCREW YOU, YOU PIECE OF SHIT EAT THIS! TURBO SMASHER PUNCH!!" Shinji said, One of Mazinkaiser arms shoot out aiming for Zero cockpit hitting it, but nothing happen. Suddenly Mazinger Zero was in front of him, Shinji eyes widen before he could control Mazinkaiser to block Zero punch hit Mazinkaiser in the face Sending it flying through the destroyed ruins that was once called Tokyo-3.
Shinji shouts in pain as he hit his head through the controls. "TSK TSK HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I TOLD YOU SHINJI IKARI THAT YOU COULD NOT DEFEAT ME? I AM GETTING BORED OF THIS CONFRONTATION" Zero said looking at the now damaged Mazinkaiser, Mazinkaiser got up before falling down to one knee, its eyes is flickering between turning off and on trying to listen to its master controls but can't because of the damage photon core. "Get up! Get up! Mazinkaiser!!" Shinji said trying to control Mazinkaiser to stand up.
"LOOK AT YOU! PATHETIC I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT YOU WERE MY PILOT! YOU CANT EVEN GET UP!" The sentient robot laugh as Shinji gritted his teeth in frustration "Come on Mazinkaiser let's Finish this with one last Attack!" Shinji said, trying to control Mazinkaiser to move and attack one last time.
"AHH I SEE ONE LAST ATTACK TO FINISH IT ALL? THEN EAT THIS SHINJI IKARI I HOPE TO SEE YOU IN HELL! HELL'S FIRE" Zero said, its red chestplate glowing brightly indicating a large power into that attack and firing it at Mazinkaiser. "FAT CHANCE IN HELL DIPSHIT EAT THIS!, FIRE BLASTER!!" Shinji said Mazinkaiser red Chest plate glowing brightly and fired at Zero.
Both attacks eventually hit, and Mazinger ZERO started to overpower the Fire Blaster attack from Mazinkaiser. Mazinger ZERO attack hits Mazinkaiser 'I see so this is my end, guys i am sorry that i failed you all i wasn't strong enough to defeat Zero then and now, i hope i get to see you guys up there.' Shinji final thoughts before getting consumed by a giant light.
When Shinji realize he is not dead he open his eyes and saw a humanoid figure a girl in fact "Who are you?" Shinji asked to the girl, The girl smiled sadly and replied " My name is Minerva X i am here to reset it again" said the girl "Agai-" before Shinji could finish his sentence he turned to dust "Only you could stop Zero, Shinji Ikari" Said the girl.
