KATH'S POV
"Okay class, we only have 5 minutes left so kindly pass your lab reports. And don't forget to read on our next topic okay?" Prof Ortega instructed.
I closed my notebook and shifted my attention to Daniel who was still writing...up to now?
"Woah, you're not finished yet? That's just one number Daniel. Looks like you've been writing a novel, eh?" I teased.
"Ha! Of course my contribution should be as good as yours, even just for one number, and a bonus at that." he smiled, obviously still embarassed.
"Ok everyone, time is up. All reports in front now!" -Prof Ortega
"Daniel, c'mon! Finish it already!" I said to him.
"Okay2x....and....done!" he raised his pen in the air, so proud of himself.
I got hold of the folder and got up to pass it. While doing so, I was about to make one last quick check. I'm kind of O.C. so please bear with me. "Okay I'll pass it n--" I was cut short when he grab the folder from me and ran to Prof Ortega.
"Here you go prof." He said with a grin.
"What was that? I wanted to make a quick review and you snatched it from me." I pouted.
"You want it to be submitted on time, right?" he grinned again. Oohkaay?
"And besides" he added "all your answers are correct, that's for sure. And hello, its Ms. Kathryn Bernardo who answered it! Why still doubt?"
Okay, this guy can impress a girl, alright. I sighed.
"Fine! Thanks for the encouragement. I don't get that a lot." I said.
"Really? We'll with me, you'll surely get lots of encouragements! You deserve it, Kath." he smiled.
He's trying to impress me again. What's with this guy?
"Well, I do hope we get that bonus. I'm afraid that my answer was too...blah." he complained.
"And that too!" I jumped, which got him startled a little. "What did you write? What was it about? Or should I say...who was it about?" I asked, intrigued.
At this moment, we we're the only ones left inside the classroom.
"Nah, nothing really. Just forget it, you'll get to read it soon anyway, when prof returns it to us."-Daniel
"Hmph! You're no fun." I teased.
"But alright, I guess I should get going." It was late in the afternoon already. I got up to pack up my things.
"Oh, yeah. Well uhm..."-Daniel
"Hmmm?" I asked back. Was he about to say something...?
"Do you still have a class after this?" he asked.
"Nope, I'm all done for today!" -Kath
"That's great! Well uhm, do you want to go for a snack before going home? My treat! Consider this as another payment of mine for forgetting our homework." he said.
"Well.."
"Please?" He pleaded, pouting.
"Well...fine, why not! And I'm already a bit hungry myself." I admitted.
"Yes!!!...Great! Let's go!" -Daniel
Wow, he's excited. Either he really wants to feed his guilt...or he's really just hungry, like me.
We went out of the classroom and made our way to the gates of the school.
DANIEL'S POV
"But alright, I guess I should get going." Kath got up and was ready to leave.
Think DJ, think! This is your chance! Make a move. I told myself.
"Oh, yeah. Well uhm..."-Daniel
"Hmmm?" she answered back.
Go for it! Go for it!
"Do you still have a class after this?" I asked.
"Nope, I'm all done for today!" -Kath
"That's great! Well uhm, do you want to go for a snack before going home? My treat! Consider this as another payment of mine for forgetting our homework." I said. Good thinking DJ, keep going -- I told myself.
"Well.."
"Please?" I pleaded. Come on Kath, please? Say yes, say yes! Please be moved with my pouting face, please.
"Well...fine! And I'm already a bit hungry myself."
"Yes!!!" and I jumped for joy. Then, i freezed. I got back to my senses and saw that she was looking at me, wondering what the hell just happened. You're being obvious DJ! Compose yourself
"...Great! Let's go!" I exclaimed, and happily grabbed my bag.
Oh my....asdfghjkl! I can't believe it! After all this time, I finally got to ask her out! Of course it not yet that formal, but STILL! FINALLY! We're going to eat together, just the two of us! Gosh, I'm so happy right now! I'm finding it hard to suppress my smile!!! Aaaaahhhh! Haaaayyyy...if only you knew Kathryn, if only you knew.

How was this update? Sorry it's just short. I'm kind of having a hard time with the dialogues right now. Maybe my brain's not just cooperating with me right now. But really, sometimes it's much easier to do it in Tagalog, but I'm having second thoughts since I already started this in pure English.
